This store employees some are unprofessional. I just went to pickup an order and as soon i entered the store at least 4 employees saw me looked at on my face and didn’t say hi or any word to me. Very disrespectful. Gathered and engaged conversations between them. I was obligated to called the store inside the store for help and this black tall lady came over asked me what she can help me and i told her i was here to pickup a online order and she gave it to me. I really appreciated her professionalism BUT other young boys and girls that were standing and staring at me need to do better. Are you clock-in and working or clock out then go home instead exposing or giving a bad image of the store. Next time i will be tough on employees like that. RESPECT your customers. PERIOD.

I would just like to recognize the window person/order taker (manager?) working tonight, I didnt catch his name.
Outstanding, above and beyond service from this man! Was very kind and helpful to us and the service that he provided will make a lasting impact on my opinion to this mcdonalds.
Also the food was right out of the cooker, this manager deserves a raise! He clearly runs a crew like an expert!

Angel is amazing. He truly has a genuine smile whenever we come in and is always so polite. A lot of people work there way into management and abuse it. But Angel is a great manager from a custom perspective. And I truly hope he continues to elevate in the chain of command. I want to see Angel Regional Go Angel !!

Ordered ahead but still had to wait long. Today they even made me wait 20m just for a sweet tea lemonade. I am sure they forgot my order. Even came up to them to remind but still had to wait for them to bring me the drink after that!

We have a McDonald’s right by our house, but we’ve regularly chosen to drive farther to this location because we thought the quality was better. Unfortunately, the last handful of visits have been extremely disappointing.
Every single time we order, we’re immediately told to pull off to the side and wait, regardless of whether anyone else is in line. It honestly feels like they’re trying to game the drive-thru timers rather than actually focusing on service. Very minimal customer interaction on top of this and what makes it worse is that we’ve had to go inside more than once after waiting 15 minutes, only to find our food just sitting on the counter getting cold.
This isn’t for a big or complicated order either — usually just two McDoubles and sometimes a chicken sandwich. A small meal between my boyfriend and me should not take this long. I’ve never had to pull aside every single visit at any other fast-food place.
We drove farther expecting better quality, but at this point the service and food handling here are consistently disappointing. Would not recommend this location.

I ordered a Spicy McCrispy, a 10-piece Nugget, 2 Large Fries, a Large Sprite, a Large Caramel Frappe, and the new cookie tote.
I ALSO ordered Creamy Ranch, BBQ sauce, Sweet and Sour, and Honey Mustard. I did not get any sauces or condiments, whatsoever, and am very sad and mad about that.
I can see why this place has 3.4 stars on average, and a huge amount of the reviews, are 1 stars.
The only reason this place gets a 2, is because the food itself was standard, nothing wrong with it, and I was out in less than 10 minutes.
Would’ve preferred to be there for 15 minutes, to get some sauce. These McNuggets are extremely dry.
Will not go back.

Ordered a happy meal and selected toy and got a cookie a small less than a half dollar size cookie. If toy wasnt available fix it on the app, not worth the $ spent. Super disappointed kiddo who just wanted a toy!

I visited this McDonald’s around 11 pm on a Sunday night while on vacation in CO Springs. I asked the woman if they happened to have any Grinch Socks left, as my 7 year old was very upset that her sister got some and she didn’t, and now everywhere in OK is sold out. The woman told me they were sold out, but said if I wanted to come back the next night, she would bring me a pair that she has. I hesitantly came back Monday night (and ordered food of course) and asked the young man to ask her if she happened to remember the socks. I got to the second window, and she went and got the socks to give to me from her purse This is ABOVE AND BEYOND type of service, and I can’t thank Orie (I really hope I’m spelling that right) enough for making my 7 year old’s night!!! THANK YOU!

At this location, is guaranteed that you will have to pull forward and wait, and something will be wrong with your order.
