I would love to leave a five star because McDonald’s is literally my favorite restaurant to go to for a late night dinner but every time I go they always say please pull to the last window every time I come to this location then they ask me what I would like to order. I let them know what I want to order. then I have to wait 45 minutes or so for my food to be made and handed to me and usually there’s a long line at this location.
if there’s any way possible to let them use this location the way it’s supposed to like every other McDonald’s that would make me want to come back more often and I’m pretty sure it would make customers more happy and move a lots more smoothly rather than making customers wait an hour or an hour and a half before getting their food and having to order at the window that is completely uncalled for
if nothing changes I will not be coming back to this location. thanks!

Tried to order my food but the employee on the speaker argued with me about how chocolate can’t be added to a Carmel frappe. Then proceeded to argue with me at the window. The guy in the blue shirt that stepped in because the black woman was getting very upset, he was being very professional. The frappe they gave me were actually half way filled. The whipped cream was below the cup line. Like they were clearly over stretching the frappe. I told the guy i wont pay for halfway filled frappes and ended up getting my money back and leaving.

Wednesdays and Thursday nights service sucks after 10 pm. You’d think with several people working itd be a little more faster. I’ve seen one or two people and its moved faster. I work at amazon for over a year and this has not changed. Just wasted my 30 min break sitting there.. might i add this isnt the first one ive wasted. Figured after several months this issue would have changed.. i was definitely wrong.

Very slow. Service is typically rude. Tonight the girl at the drive through window just played on her phone. Sometimes when I pull up they tell me to wait. After 5min they come back and tell me to pull up to take my order. But usually the food is somewhat okay

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through. Absolutely slow. I gave the guy my code, and he never told me he had issues. I get to the window and apparently adding tomato and cheese to a mcchicken prevents them from finishing my order!? Waisted 30 minutes of my life for very much disrespect

I just came through and ordered two 5 dollar meal deals and a happy meals.
1. We didn’t get any sauce for our nuggets
2. My mcchicken is a spicy mcchicken which I didn’t want
3. My food was cold
4. They upsized out drinks without even asking us
5. They wouldnt give us a second to actually continue ordering

It’s a McDonald’s, you know what you’re getting for food. However, the service here is abysmal. You’ll likely get no response at the intercom, busy or no. You’ll likely get SOMETHING in your order wrong. They just don’t care, and I don’t blame them, but it will affect your experience at this McDonald’s.
My advice is to skip this one. If you need McDonalds, jump down the road to 53rd & Meridian. They’re significantly better m

Doordashing and waiting in line this gmfine, early morning-for about 20 minutes mind you- and just as the dude taking orders and handing them out handed us the order, he says “hurry, there are cars behind you” in a very rude tone. We were just trying tot make a picture of the receipt.

10/5/25 went for lunch and you could tell no manager was working. Condiment station was filthy, no tea canisters, Mc Chicken was luke warm served dry with only a bun. Worst lunch I have had for the money. Will go to 53rd street from now on. No interaction with employees. Ignored while standing at counter.

I came to this location on 22 Nov 2025@0800, I walked in and there where no workers to help, I guess they assumed I was using card and would be using the keypad to order but I had cash , the manager finally asked us if we ordered yet I said no, he told us we would have to wait, 6 mins later we where still waiting so I just walked out . Seems they get frustrated if they have to actually take your order . There is a cracker Barrel next door that’s amazing highly recommend just going there .
