We had a great experience at this steakhouse. Our waiter James was funny, attentive, and made sure we had a lovely time. Bo was also very prompt and friendly. We came for 1pm reservation on Valentines Day. It didn’t get busy until 3pm with many more tables.
We ordered the small seafood tower, which was fun to share. The poke had a nice tang, the shrimp were huge, and the crab meat was good. The lobster was still a little frozen, so it wasn’t the easiest to eat. We also tried the tomahawk steak for the first time and didn’t know what to expect, but it was a great experience with plenty of meat. James checked in on us often, and we even received a rose for Valentine’s Day, which was such a sweet touch.
James was super funny. He asked if we wanted to take the bone from the tomahawk home so we did. He came back with it wrapped in an axe shape! Lol what a great guy.

The Hostess was very kind.
Our server I believe her name was “ Jan. ” She was very accommodating and friendly. She built rapport with my partner and myself.
The food was delicious! I will definitely return.
The only critique I have is that the calamari was quite rubbery didn’t taste fresh.
Otherwise, I enjoyed my experience.

We chose Ruth’s Chris to celebrate birthdays and were extremely disappointed. We ordered at 7 PM and didn’t receive our food until after 9 PM. The server was completely inattentive. The wait was so long that we barely had an appetite by the time the food arrived, and as shown in my photos, we ended up packing most of the food to go. Some of our party including our kids ordered medium-well steaks , but they came out closer to rare as if they rushed the food out. At that point, we didn’t want to send back the food to be remade because it was getting too late.
A manager came to the table, I guess they were having issues in the kitchen. We expressed our dissatisfaction, and nothing was done to address the situation. Given the long delays caused by kitchen issues, we would have expected at least some acknowledgment, whether a discount or any effort to make the situation right, but none was offered.
For a $700 bill, this level of service and food quality is a waste. Definitely would not recommend!

Ruths Chris is always a great place to have a casual but high quality meal. I like the laid back environment, consistency across all their restaurants, and their service. I felt like servers were checking up on us a little too frequently, which interrupted some conversations between my friend and I. All the food was flavored well and everything came out quickly.

Fantastic steakhouse! Juicy, perfectly cooked steaks with rich flavor. Cozy atmosphere and top-notch service, highly recommend! The seafood tower was a perfect appetizer, fresh and beautifully presented. Both the steak and shrimp were cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to come back for another great meal!

First time at this location. Service was superb and everyone was super friendly for a Monday. 🙂 Price was as expected for a nice steakhouse restaurant like this and the food was high quality. The ceaser salad I ordered was possibly one of the best I’ve ever had. It was exactly the perfect size with thick caeser dressing and just the right amount of cheese. I’d definitely recommend the bone-in NY strip, the seasoning was displayed a potent, but not overpowering taste and it was cooked just how I ordered it. Pretty good wine list, but not as diverse as other high-end steakhouses. The parking was across the street, but maybe there was better lots closer – that would be the only issue I could raise, but definitely just a nitpick. Looking forward to coming back soon!

You could tell he was almost as nervous as I was, which honestly made the moment even more meaningful and genuine. His support, attention to detail, and kindness turned an already important night into something absolutely beautiful.

Unfortunately, the food here is disappointing. With so many great steak options in the Denver Tech Center area, this is not a place I’d recommend for dining. I’ve tried ordering food more than once and each time it’s been disappointing, so at this point I don’t even bother.
However… Jordan is the reason I keep coming back.
It’s rare to visit a place once and have a bartender remember your exact cocktail and not only remember it, but make it perfectly every time. Jordan does that and more. She takes hospitality to another level. She is attentive, warm, and genuinely cares about her guests. You don’t feel like just another customer at the bar. You feel remembered, valued, and taken care of.
I come here strictly for cocktails, and I return because Jordan’s service is exceptional and consistent. Her professionalism and kindness make the experience worth it every time.

Pretty much everything was great. A sat at a booth at the bar, my server was the bartender. She was beautiful inside and out. I was drinking alone, so they gave me a smaller portion salad than usual, which was kind. With my steak, the have me complimentary small sides without my having to ask. The only negative was my steak was a bit overdone. But I’ll blame that on my ignorance, being unused to steaks that think. I ordered medium rare, but there was only a touch of pink in the center. The edges were medium well. I think the plate continued to cook it? Next time, I’m order rare and compare results.
