Orders steak and cheese sub and small fries W/ Cajun season Very disappointed ordered sub with my steak and mushroom sub got home from a long day of work and errands. Wanted to give their subs a try since their pizza was ok (DoorDash)
Got home and this is what I see a poor portion of meat and canned mushrooms cheese just melted to the bread cut horrible this isn’t Philly meat fine ok understand I got steak all restaurants label steak and cheese differently
So I called store back to complain about meat portion and sub as a whole for a refund and was told they only use portion size 5 oz andI’m the only one who seemed to complain and they don’t do refunds the. I had to use a fork to even notice mushrooms were on my sub bc they threw lettuce and cut tomatoes on top
told my order was $18 went inside to pay and I was told my price is $19 I asked why that’s not what guy said on phone and his response was oh we have a combo come with pop so I might as well get it and said they included the pop to be nice but you really charged me for it

This place is a classic. We went here when I was in my teens for pizza every Friday and as an adult for there super subs. I love this place so much. Will be there this Friday for that special Friday pizza

I say run do not spend your money in this place. I used to buy their pizza for over 20 years. I haven’t been there in about 15. I called to ask were they under new management and he says no it’s hard for me to believe that I went and got a pizza from them a month ago Completely burnt on the bottom. They said no refund that they will remake it for me. I called yesterday and ordered the pizza again burnt worse than the first one from edge to edge burnt. Black like a cast iron skillet. The guy said oh I’m so sorry. I’ll make you one and I’ll make it an extra large. I sit in the car for 30 minutes waiting on the pizza. And then they give me a raw pizza with less toppings I didn’t want to disappoint my mom. I’m thinking you know maybe it’s OK. She waited up for me to get off work to get the pizza. You know she wanted the pizza I give her half and I toke half home cause I live so far from there now when I tell you, I put it in the air fryer For 15 minutes it was still raw and had an awful taste. I had to throw it away. I called my mom this morning she had to do the same. This pizza place is awful. They need to fire everyone in there and get new staff new training and I’m not a person that want anyone to lose their job but when I tell you, I don’t see blondes pizza making for another 5 years And I say that because people wil try it because they drive past, they may get a little business out of those people, but the people that’s been there and buying their pizza since they have been there will not and their food is terrible. I look at the other comments so sad they don’t take pride in their food anymore so sad. I will never eat there again. You better off eating Little Caesars and that’s sad

Called at 9;45 to place order and a young rude gentleman says walk in only well I get there 3 min later for him to say the oven off and he can’t place my order welp the internet says closes at 10:30 and not 10 pm manger knew it didn’t sound professional so he made the food well instead they rushed my order and results was not good
I have never been treated so unprofessionally and food wasn’t even properly cooked my sub bread was so hard it could not be eaten the meat was out the bread mayo was through on my sub my pizza was so wet underneath it could not be eaten I call to speak to management they want me to go home get food and then bring it back in or order for it to be remade!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL EATING HERE

I ordered the XL pick your own five items. Creswell Dunn everything is delicious. Except for two things.. They use canned mushrooms and I got pizza sauce on the side. It was cold, not even warm. The crust is well done like I like it but it’s chewy. Other than that I’m satisfied so I gave it an B.

The food use to be good here! Must be under New Management . Now it’s straight TRASH! BURNED PIZZA AND BURNED SHRIMP! Except for a few that was obviously stuck together when cooked leaving spots on the shrimp undercooked!! I don’t know how someone was comfortable boxing this up to serve!! Will never get my hard earned money again. Not even worth the one star rating!

I am SOO DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a whole buccaneer sub extra cheese as I always do, the cheese was SQUARE!!!!!??! The salami was thick like the lunchmeat!! The salami and cheese has ALWAYS been round like deli meat not lunch meat, and no vinegar and oil on my sub!!! If you are going to change the ingredients then change its name!! A waste of money and time! NEVER AGAIN! Oh and they said Nothing has changed as if I wasn’t eating subs from them since the Pirate was out front!!!
