Unfortunately i didn’t have the chance to ask for the manager’s name but she was so nice and helpful i have nothing to complain about this location.
Even the cleaning lady was so kind after i made an accidental mess with the hand sanitizer.
It’s been a while since i came to a McDonald’s without having a bad experience and this time was for sure a good example of excellent customer service, clean restaurant, fast hot quality McDonald’s food.

Well hmmm, I was the only customer inside maybe one car in drive through fish sandwich looked like someone threw everything to see how close they could get it on the bun from 100 feet away!! Fries old and cold! Well definitely not hot!! I hate old Fries!! Go to get some ketchup and well the pictures speak for themselves. One worker looked bored said ” I want to go home” well I can’t blame her but hey go clean that nasty pop machine area first!? Even the sides of the machine are pretty gross I wouldn’t think they would pass a health inspection!! I haven’t had fast food in about three months and this reminded me why!! Ugh!!@

Good place to take a kid for hours of play. That’s just me cuz my kid needs to play. Just ur local food joint. The play area is cold when its cold outside. But they do have a lot of windows on that area.

Amazing visit. Ordering was east, and the staff were professional and courteous. My mother wanted a cheese burger and I recommended the #2 quarter-pounder from McDonalds. She said she had been there in nearly 20 years. I was astonished that my 86 year old mother devoured the entire meal. Here only issue was that lemonade was not a drink option.

This was a very satisfactory trip to McDonald’s. The restaurant was clean, tidy and well stocked. The woman took my order and before I could finish topping off my drink. I sat down and could see the steam coming off my food. I love a Big Mac and today’s was one was perfect!

Pretty sure people still use napkins when they order food. Perhaps remember putting them with the meals? Similarly with straws for the drinks? Or if someone asks for extra mustard, that’s what they mean. NOT extra ketchup.

The old manger there that is short no taller than 5’1 maybe 5’2 was extremely rude. She was mean and I told her that I had my food on the app and I had part of my order that some how got deleted and I told her about it and she basically told me that she doesn’t know anything about the app. I have only had the app mess up on me once and the store corrected it. Then she proceeded to tell me that she can’t do anything that she can do which I know is a lie. Just to top it all off my food was cold. Normally this location on north Wayne street is 95% of the time getting my order hot and ready and if my food is messed up they will correct it right then and there and get it out to me asap. There was only one small order on the screeen and still had me waiting for over 30 minutes

This particular McDonald’s really has an issue with getting orders correct. It’s clean usually, inside. Slow service. McDonald’s relies on keeping people addicted to the food, because without that this location would be out of business.
