Wanted to give a shout out to the service we received on Christmas Day. There were only 2 – 3 people running the whole restaurant, and they were doing a great job in spite of the difficult circumstances. The restaurant was one of only 2 places open at the interstate exit (along with the Waffle House). I know most people were angry due to the long wait, but the staff was doing the absolute best they could. Plus, they were working on Christmas Day which we all know is difficult when you want to be with your family. Greeted us with a smile at window one and window two. Food was HOT and delicious. Fries were so fresh they burned our fingers. Everything was still warm when we got back to downtown Flora! Worth stopping by on your way on 55N or 55S!

I stopped here with the family on a road trip. We placed out order and when we got it they forgot our drinks. We had to wait at the counter and asked 3 times to get these drinks. When we finally sat down, we found our order was wrong. When we went to get it fixed we were treated like it was our fault. Mcdonalds used to be a staple of consistency, but now the only thing consistent is poor customer service and workers who take no pride in thier work.

Poor management! The cars piled up and eventually every customer left. I requested the manager. She said with much sass “We are closed.”. I asked “why?”. She abruptly responded “We have inspection.”. I kindly explained to her that the restaurant is advertised to close at 11:00 and how it would have been a nice gesture to place a sign briefly explaining their situation. It’s 9:45 and people are wasting their valuable time sitting at this drive thru. The workers weren’t busy preparing for inspection. They were busy being loud, smoking cigarettes, and making a mess out of the parking lot. I picked up all the trash they had thrown on the ground and threw it into the nearest waste receptacle. I got in my vehicle and will never be back. Lousy people!

Absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with 1 car in front of me. Neither of us were helped. I decided to go inside. Took 20 minutes to get me a 2 cheeseburger meal. There were a total of 3 customers inside. There were more employees in there than customers. Employees slowly walking around. They’re on their phones. No one at the register. They were standing around in clear view in the kitchen hanging out and laughing as paying customers waited to order and eat. Absolutely ridiculous. They forgot my sauce. No napkins. No straw, and shorted me a nugget. I worked at McDonald’s for years. My mother in law is a 30 year employee of the company. Nothing against McDonald’s employees but it’s no wonder these people flip burgers for a living.

I paid for an extra patty on my burger. I ordered through the app. They didn’t hear me wrong, they’re too lazy to read… And it’s not like I said “no tomato” and got tomato. They literally stole from me. I know it’s just a couple of bucks, but I paid for something and didn’t get it. How you gonna demand higher wages and can’t count to two?

terrible customer service and they just don’t care about anyone but themselves it seems like. There were 10 cars waiting on the drive through and we all sat there for at least 15 minutes and when they would take out order they would do one car at a time and then wait another 5 minutes. and the employees are rude too like it’s our fault that they are taking so long. Follow up i had to pull down and then i waited another 20 minutes for my food. the people at the window today were very polite but everything is awful

If this had ZERO stars that’s what I would choose! This place is a joke and SHOULD be SHUT DOWN! We placed an online order waited in the parking lot for about 30 minutes we tried to go in but all doors were locked then someone came out and asked if “we were good” we said we’ve been waiting on our order just checking on it he went back inside waited about 10 minutes and came back and said they couldn’t make our order we’ve tried calling they won’t answer the phone they didn’t even try to refund us and we cannot cancel the order online this place is just a joke I would be so embarrassed if I owned this McDonald’s and those were my employees!

I had an online order and the janitor told me I couldn’t go inside and I would have to wait in the drive thru line and the line lasted an hour. It was a bunch of teenagers working that night and they did not know how to run a restaurant. When it eventually got to my turn it took them a while to figure out I had an online order even though I showed them proof that I ordered online. They kept asking for my receipt but I didn’t get one because I ordered online. I eventually got my food but they didn’t even give me all my items.

I stopped to get coffee and bathroom break, but after visiting the bathroom I did not feel like buying anything from this McDonalds. Once you enter the restaurant you need to navigate around four posts warning about wet floor -which was not wet. A staff member was sitting at the dining area -not behind the counter- and greeted me on arrival.
The restroom had two stalls. The other was out of order and the other had a dysfuntioning toilet seat. The only available toilet paper roll was on the floor… dirty, I dont know what was on it. I did lift it up.. gross. The soap dispenser by the sink was barely hanging on. Maybe the food would have been better, but I did not chance it

Horrible. If this is a Franchisee location the Franchisee deserves to be cancelled immediately by the McDonalds corporation. If it’s a corporate location McDonalds has dropped the ball. I stopped last night to purchase a meal. The line sat there for over 30 minutes. No car moved. People started driving off. It’s like this every time. When I finally made it to the intercom and ordered the young man said “we ain’t got no ice”. They had no ice to put in any drink. I ordered and pulled around to the window. At the window the young woman told me that because I had ordered a squirt of extra tartar sauce on my fish filet sandwhich it would be $.66 cents. I told her to remove the extra tartar. What they did was remake the sandwhich and they then barely put any tartar on the sandwhich and the little that was there was placed on the edge of the sandwhich. The fish patties also appeared to be old and shrunk and the bread it was placed on was very very hard. In addition to the long wait and the horrible state of the fish sandwhich the man handed me a large ice tea in a plastic cup that was hot to the touch. Yes. It was hot as if it was just made. I at least thought he would serve the tea that had cooled. It did not occur to him that this was a potential safety violation. I asked for a reciept and I was told they could not give a reciept because the reciept printer was also broken. Along with the ice machine. At the very least they could have provided the extra tartar as a convenience since I had waited well over 30 minutes in drive thru and the fact the ice machine was broken and I was given a piping hot ice tea in a plastic cup. This is horrible. The only reason th Franchisee and or McDonalds allows such horrible service in my opinion is because the majority of people who frequent this location are people of color and they simply don’t care how they treat us.
