I had an interesting experience at Red Robin. Me and my girlfriend walk in and got seated, order, and I get up to use the restroom. As I’m walking in, I notice a Red Robin kitchen worker is in front of me, walking in as well. He proceeds to do his business at the urinal, and because I respect bro code, I decide to use the stall. We were the only ones in there. I hear the worker flush the toilet and wash his hands, then out of nowhere a soaking wet paper towel hits me in the head. The worker, while on the clock, took a wadded up wet paper towel and proceeds to go out of his way to throw it at me, a paying customer. I reported it to the manager and he mentioned he knew who just went to the bathroom. He said he would talk to them and walked off and I went back to my seat and enjoy my meal. I will say, I was nervous there would be spit in my food since I just reported who seemed to be the cook. Just to be clear, the management and other employees were very nice and respectful, but I never heard an update on what happened after that. At the least, I was expecting we would get a free drink or an apology at the bare minimum. All we got was to watch the other employees talking in a circle about what just happened. Be cautious while using the bathroom here.

Great food, as always. The server was very nice and personable. Our glasses were never empty, and my son had 4 refills. ♀️ The salad was huge and didn’t get finished, the pizza was really good and the burger was yum, according to the kid! Definitely go back again!

I arrived to this red Robbin to ask some probably weird to the server questions: If they were open, if they were taking orders, and if we could sit in the restaurant to eat inside of it…
I’ve never done that before, but I had to after rushing to this location from the Tualatin location after being ignored (review over there).
I was shocked when Jorge said that they were open, AND seating until the last second “it could be 9:55 and we’d still seat you.” -included so you understand the difference in service NOT so people start arriving late and keep these workers longer…
Anyway, the service was amazing, Jorge was kind, attentive, and overall a really good server! (I was a server for two years)
I appreciate that this location was there for me in my time of need (food after visiting hours are over) and recommend this location, its also prettier… but that’s just me
The manager at Wilsonville (didn’t catch his name) came over and talked to us about the situation… After I asked those weird questions I explained what Tualatin did.
10000/10 recommend this location for any red Robbin needs after 9pm! (all day as well but it was not busy due to it being a Sunday night)

Lost my business for sure. With no birthday burger and poor service tried two during my Birthday month and will never go ever never again again. 1.5 hours wait and no food and had to ask for my drink after 30 min.

We came here after being ignored at a Biscuits and had a great experience! We came in about 30 minutes after they opened. When we walked in, the lady at the front greeted us and asked how we were and sat us quickly. She turned out to our waitress as well, her name was Dru. She was so sweet and patient while we figured out what we wanted to get our two year old, helped clean a small spill of his milk and was just all in all the sweetest lady! We are glad we came here instead of anywhere else because it was a great experience! Thank you Dru

Went to this location to celebrate a Birthday. They completely forgot to put our food ticket in and we had to wait over an hour to receive our food which included two salads which should be pretty easy to make and doesn’t require much/any cooking. Manager hid in his office instead of doing his job and speaking with the customers. Had to ask the waitress to bring him out to talk to us.

Got there at 5:00 p.m. today. Waited 10 minutes for just a glass of water. Margarita basically no booze in it, 20dollar Burger was dinky, customer service was non-existent. Wasn’t busy either kept on getting walked past multiple times by my waitress and ignored. Didn’t leave a tip and definitely not getting return business from me. The reason I give two stars is cuz the red robin seasoning blend on the french fries is okay

We just ate a Red Robin in Wilsonville for the first time. The A1 and the Bacon Blue burgers were very delicious. Our server Jake was top notch and delivered excellent service. We have a great time. I prayed to God for a great sever and He provided!

We had a wonderful experience here. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. We had a very outgoing server named Lisa, who was absolutely hilarious. She made our dining experience fun.
We ate in the bar and ordered their Buzz Bone-in wings that come with blue cheese crumbles, homemade chips, and carrots. They were so good. If you like yours wings saucy like me, just ask for a side of their buzz sauce. They also have the best ranch to dip them in. Their bonsai wings with pineapple are also really good. I also ordered their smashed avocado and bacon burger with bottomless fries. It was loaded with avocado. Sooo good. I love Red Robin’s steak fries but I have to ask for them extra extra extra crispy. They are sooo much better when they are crispy on the outside with soft and fluffy potatoey goodness in the middle. Just know, they will come out very soft and unappetizing if you don’t ask for them extra crispy. My hubby tried their ribs for the first time with bottomless salad and coleslaw. He said the ribs and salad were very good but he wasn’t crazy about the coleslaw (but I liked it). He’s very picky about coleslaw. We are so glad we stopped by on our way back to Salem.
The only downside to the atmosphere is the booths have unmovable tables in the booths that make it very uncomfortable if you are a bigger person.

It’s pretty good. The value is actually spot on, my girl and I were able to eat a good amount of food for under 30, so that was shocking for us.
The LE burger, the scorpion, was okay. It kinda lacked flavor and presentation was lacking as well. Either way, it was passable. I forgot that they use shredded lettuce over leaf, which annoys me, but it’s more personal preference I suppose. I just forgot to ask to change.
Overall, worth a trip for a cheap meal and good atmosphere.
