Very rarely do I get to treat myself to eating out…I decided to get myself an iced coffee a sandwich and a hash brown. I was most excited for the iced coffee as I had been craving one for quite some time. I ordered a large French vanilla with light ice as I didn’t want it to get watered down. I get to the window and am handed a large iced coffee which had a significant amount of ice in it. I asked if that was light ice and the girl said yes as the guy awkwardly stared at me in the window. I normally do not complain but this is NOT light ice. I got home and took all the ice out…and this is how much of a drink I was actually left with. What a shame, thanks for the experience I hadn’t been waiting for.

Had to wait 12 minutes for a 6 piece happy meal, in the “pull ahead” spot… decided to go inside to see why it was taking so long, and my meal was just sitting while they were waiting for other orders. Didn’t wanna walk outside twice I guess

Went through the drive thru today, ordered a cheeseburger happy meal no onions a a lg coke.i get the happy meal and coke, take a swi of coke and it’s a coke zero! Yuck !! No biggie right my fault for not paying attention to the order screen.. grab the cheeseburger it’s marked no onions ok cool beans, I open it to make sure and sure enough there’s onions on it! Ok I’m disappointed.. I go inside and stand at the counter, there is a woman at the register she gets done assisting the the person in front of me then walks away! No ” hello, I’ll be with you in a moment or anything.. I stood there for almost 5 minutes while other workers just looked at me and then away.. no one acknowledged the gentleman that came in after I did either.. the woman at the counter looked like she didn’t want to be there , a young woman finally acknowledged me and inquired about what I needed, i told her and the problem was fixed.. I fixed my coke zero to a regular coke ok no problem, my cheeseburger was remade, so off to enjoy !! Right, nope, my French fries were cold by the time I got them and my fresh cheeseburger wasn’t even hot!!

Stopped by today on my way to work . Ordered a large coke light ice. Took 15 minutes just to get to the pay window. When I get there the cashier couldn’t find my order in the system. When she was told it was a large coke light ice she actually asked if it was 2.11. Like girl you should know it should be on the screen. After I pay and move up to the pick up window the worker handed the vehicle ahead of me a large coke which she apparently didnt order. So he takes it back in. When I got to the window he asked ot I had the diet medium coke. I said no large light ice. This man actually had the audacity to ask if I wanted the pop that he originally handed to the lady in the car ahead of me or if I wanted a fresh one. Like sir I dont want a pop that was handed to another customer. Why would that even have been a question. This location is on my way to work. From now on I’ll go out of my way to go to a mcdonalds.

The burger is so thin…I don’t think both patties qualify for a whole patty…and it’s black on one side of both patties…they thought to turn the black sides in together then slapped it together so it’s all lopsided… everything falling off of everything and the cheese fusing the lopsided mess back together. McDonald’s literally takes no pride in their product at all anymore..
I would take it back but I am sure they’ll just give me a repeat of the same garbage because this is how they are trained to do it … Except maybe they’ll spice it up with a little spit in it.. lol..nah I’m good.

Ordered through DoorDash, when order arrived it came with no mocha frappe and the tiniest amount of ketchup ever on our cheeseburgers. Extra salt on fries? Nope just greasy potato. Try to call them after to figure things out? they won’t pick up.

Ordered a Big Mac with no pickles and NO ONIONS….sticker on box said only cheese/lettuce/Mac sauce. Literally had a ton of onions on both burgers and no cheese whatsoever. You people failed at your job and apparently hate your life

It could be cleaner and more welcoming, I remember when I was a kid going to mcdonalds was exciting but it felt like I was sitting inside of a totalitarian style building. So Grey, dull and depressing.

Young girl on headset with arm tattoos was rude as can be both times I came through this morning, then purposely made my coffee wrong in the system and it was DISGUSTING when I got it. I do not know what she did to it but its just a waste of money at this point, I poured it out. I knew she was going to mess with my drink because of how mouthy she was all because I simply asked for extra cream. I guess that was the end of the world for her, her final straw if you will. As a former employee of Wilder McDonalds’ this is why you do NOT let the young employees work mornings. They always have an attitude, I guarantee you if it was Linda or Amethyst taking my order asking for extra cream would not have caused them to act as if I pee’d in their cereal. I don’t know what this girls problem was, but she shouldn’t be allowed to treat customers this way without consequences. Chris wouldn’t allow it, Aaron wouldn’t allow it, Amethyst wouldn’t allow it, so who is it that was running the floor this morning allowing this young woman to ruin everyone else’s morning just because she cant control her emotions at a fast food job? It wasn’t just me she was rude to either it was everyone on the speaker’s order I could overhear, people having to go back into the building immediately after driving away.. I get it people have bad days but at the VERY LEAST take her off headset, off mornings, something is wrong here 100% no other morning worker has ever behaved that way while I was working there OR as a customer. Disgusting behavior, I was going to ask for her name but sure enough then she made someone else hand my drink out because she KNEW she messed with it. I’ll be in contact with management shortly, it won’t be hard as a former employee- thank you
