I was just there tonight and ordered an order for 3 people so it was a pretty large order. I spent 47 bucks (even rounded up to donate to the Boys and Girls Club as I usually do). All of the items were correct on the screen and on my receipt. The lady gave me my bag with my order quickly. There was a pretty long line behind me so I took my chances and drove off without checking my order first and when I got home which was all the way on the other side of town my family and I sat ready to eat dinner. As we opened the bag the crunch wrap I ordered was missing along with my 10 piece nuggets which I was super excited to try. So we had two of our meals missing.
We called Taco Bell and explained the situation and were told to come back and return the food that was incorrect. We were missing items so there wasn’t anything to return anyway they got 3 of our tacos correct but we didn’t just want to eat our side tacos we wanted to enjoy the full $47.00 worth of meals so we didn’t eat the tacos that came with the missing meals. We wanted brand new ones warm to eat with the rest of the food they were going to replace.
When I arrived back at the restaurant there was a guy who came to the window I believe he called himself 2nd shift manager or supervisor and basically said that I lied and that he personally put the nuggets in a box in the bag. He insinuated that I was lieing about it. First off I would never have gone through that trouble to drive all the way back for free food! Second, I’ve never been questioned the way he did. I am a project manager who makes 100k a year and have no reason to lie about it. It wasn’t the point, I was trying to make a mistake they made right and instead he accused me of lieing and took no accountability for their mistake. I asked who is manager is and he said Peter but that he couldn’t give me his info. This was all very strange. Avoid going to this restaurant! They will mess up your order and accuse YOU of lieing.

Food tasted pretty good, but my definitely not worth the hours I spent getting this. Waited for 30mins inside, was completely ignored. Went through the drive through and that took twice as long. DO NOT recommend.

This Taco Bell is absolutely the best — they’re doing everything right!
I’m so impressed with my order today. It was handled with care, wrapped neatly, and cooked to perfection. My edits due to being a vegetarian were all on the mark and done right! Napkins and plasticware were included, which shows real attention to detail. Bravo to the team and leads at this location — it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to say this about Taco Bell. Fantastic job and absolutely delicious!

That’s an all right?Restaurant service is okay too, but they always seem like they forget to put your sauce in there or they forget to put the right meat on your order. I order a nacho bell grande with chicken.Got to my house, which is forty five minutes away. When I got there found out it was beef. So I called them to let them know they messed up on my order. And I would not be returning back there because i’m not driving a forty five minutes back to taco.Bell, and when I was on the phone with them, they hung up on me and never answered my call even after I called a couple hours later. So my order never got fixed. So lost money on that because you we all know that they chart. You for putting different type of meat on your order. That doesn’t go on your order. So if you order there, check before you leave to make sure that you get the right stuff on your food and your sauces. So in the picture, you tell me if it looks like beef, because I order chicken. So sadly, I didn’t need it. My husband ate it because I don’t like beef.

I won’t need to come back. Literally only a few strands of cheese on a taco we paid 80 cents more for extra cheese. These tacos have really gone down hill. Cook sneezed in his glove and didnt change them. No one came to the counter at all when we arrived so we had to use kiosk which I hate. Unimpressed and still hungry. Should have gone out for a fish dinner instead.

This is what all 3 of our chicken quesadillas looked like. They were cold and had hardly anything in them.

If I could give 0 for service and atmosphere I would, I showed up at 11:50, wanted a simple order, waited in line and they said they were out of beef for the next 20 min, I waited 40 more minutes to finally head they have beef, I ordered 2 beef chalupa supremes, and some other items… got to the window and the guy working the window stated “I wish other people would go to the other taco bells to give us a break” didn’t feel very welcomed there after that, not to mention for being there for almost a hour I got nothing in return as far as one free item or anything due to it “not being their fault” that they ran out of beef. To then also mot even give me two of my items after making me sit there for over an hour. I will be calling in the morning and I better be getting my money back! They would not let me wait for the beef that I had already waited half the time for, I believe it’s to save their times so apear as a more efficient establishment, which I find high rediculous as my wife is a restaurant general manager and knows that you never put times and speed of service before a customer.. horrible management at this Taco Bell if you ask me.. Instead of my 2 chalupas I receive these… definitely not what I waited so long for…

I know they were behind in orders I had no problem with that.. they have a staffing shortage again it is what it is I don’t blame the employees.. what got me and gross the heck out of me is that this facility doesn’t have any kind of Sanitation practices in hand.. I watched people go from outside to inside throw gloves on and do whatever which okay I’m being open-minded.. but what really got me was that there was an employee in there literally free ball coughing all over everything and I mean everything! And I don’t mean a little cough I mean the type of cough you have when you are sick and you should not be at work.. absolutely disgusting not covering his mouth coughing all over everything including his so-called gloved hands and the food.. a customer even address their concern about that sick individual messing around with the cash register and then going back to work with the food without changing gloves.. I was so grossed out I got a refund and left. After I left I called and spoke to the manager who was there who was not doing anything about that and I explained why I got a refund and left in hopes that the individual would correct the employees Behavior and the situation to not make others sick. I mean I know it’s a gamble when you go out to eat anywhere who’s handling your food and how things are done.. but it’s different when you see it happening in front of your face and nothing’s being done about it especially with a manager being there not to be mean at anybody.. the other employees were doing great they seemed hard-working and they seem like they really cared.. it was the one disgusting employee who had no care and no disrespect to the manager but didn’t do anything about it and obviously was either not educated on why you don’t do that or I’ll just individual just didn’t really care.. either way disgusting especially when there’s children and elderly people who come in there… but to my point, it’s always a good idea to go inside and see the environment of any restaurant you’re going to before you order.. because that way at least you’ll have a heads up

I will start off by saying, every single third shift worker deserves a dollar raise, no questions asked. This location is super busy every single day, and I see these workers trying their hardest to keep it together. This location is completely understaffed and needs to be reevaluated to better the experience for both employee and customer. I gave this location a five star review because the employee’s do work so hard and it shows. I have witnessed many employees struggling to not walk out. Management needs to step up their game.

I would like to start this post by saying I am a very understanding person as I have worked in customer service my whole life. Ive dealt with many rude people, and have vowed to never behave that way even in bad situations because it is rarely the fault of the actual person standing before you. But what I experienced here this evening was unacceptable and the staff themselves were largely at fault, enough so for me to even write this review. I was picking up an order for someone as a dasher. This order I took was “stacked”, which means I had received another order with this one to pick up at the same time. I had already picked up the other order from the other business and was now in the drive thru line waiting for this taco bell order I needed to grab. The lady taking orders at the speaker told me it’d be a bit of a wait. I had already been trapped in the line by another car that would have had to back out for me, so I decided to stay. Surely the 3 cars in front of me wouldn’t take that long, right? Wrong. I was in that drive thru line for 50 MINUTES. FOR 3 CARS. The worst part is that I received the notification that the customers order was ready about 10 minutes in to that waiting AND I had the other order with me in the car so they couldnt cancel or have another driver assigned to it. At about 20 minutes in, only 1 car had left. I called the store and asked if they could please pull the two cars in front of me at about 30 minutes in because the order I was waiting on was ready and getting cold and so was the one sitting in my car (which the other customer was now contacting me and yelling at me for). They refused. So I had to sit there for another 20 minutes before I could get this order. And immediately after leaving the window to verify the items, I realized they had entirely forgotten the freezes as well. So 50 minutes both customers of mine had to wait (which doesnt even include my drive time to them), and received cold and missing food, one of which wasn’t even from taco bell and had nothing to do with any of this chaos other than bad ordering timing. There is NO reason that it should take that long to serve 3 people at a fast food place drive thru, even if you are working entirely alone (which they were not), unless one of them just so happened to be a literal catering order (which it was not because I saw the bags for each car come out). But even more so, there is NO reason that I should have had to sit there to get this order that was ready nearly the entire time because they wouldn’t pull the customers forward. And at this taco bell, there is no other way out. You have to go through this one lane because the lane is curbed to intentially prevent people from leaving. If they want to close the doors at a certain time to prevent customers from making a mess inside or whatever, fine. It’s a little frustrating for doordashers because it takes up our time and we get paid per order, but usually manageable for most places. HOWEVER, it is then up to the business and the people running it to make accommodations for the mobile orders that are coming through somehow. This could be by simply pulling the cars that just placed their orders at the speaker and still have food being made into deignated parking spaces to allow these people whose food is already completed through. Or by providing access to the orders in some other way, like having the staff bring them out to the cars in a designated area after hours. But what you CAN’T do and what should have never happened in the first place, is absolutely nothing and expect people like myself who aren’t even customers to just deal with it. I don’t really care how its addressed, but something needs to be done. This isnt even the first time that this has happened here for me. Its just the only time its been to this magnitude. And im sure im not the only one either. Fix it.
