Reviews
We ordered the Karachi Burger, cheese fries, chatpata fries, and three faloodas—two signature and one paan masala. The Karachi Burger was decent. However, the fries were clearly refried, tasteless, like your frozen Walmart fries.
The faloodas were the biggest disappointment. They had barely any ice cream, lacked khoya and nuts, and were overloaded with noodles and basil seeds (tukhmalanga). When I politely shared this feedback, the staff became defensive and insisted that no one had ever complained about their faloodas. I absolutely hate wasting any food but the faloodas tasted so awful that we couldn’t finish and left it on the table for them to show we couldn’t even finish it.
Overall, it was a very disappointing visit. I sincerely hope the owner reads this review and takes it as constructive feedback to improve the food quality and customer service.
The falooda was really good but the ice cream used in the falooda was quite sweet it’s a very heavy drink. The halwa tasted more like a kalakand which was really good.
The service was good, it’s not a great looking place to hangout and sit down.
The restaurant should honestly stick to selling falooda and juices only. Don’t waste your money on the other items. On top of that, the bluish lighting and dull ambience completely ruined the mood.
“This time i am giving u not again ok”
It was not about the extra charge i would have paid x2 but the tone and the way it was said in front of other customers was unprofessional and embarrassing.
I hope you address this issue to ensure better customer service in the future. Otherwise a good business will loose customers because of rude staff.
We initially ordered papdi chaat, but instead, we were served only cholay. When we pointed this out at the counter, we were informed—only after asking—that they were out of papdi. While they replaced it with bun kabobs without charging extra, the lack of communication was frustrating. I had high hopes for Agha Juice, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning, making the overall atmosphere uninviting. and the popsicles for the kids tasted like basic grocery store ones—not exactly what you expect from a specialty dessert spot. The one saving grace was the falooda, which was quite good.
It’s disappointing that there are so few Pakistani snack restaurants around, and when service and hygiene don’t match expectations, it makes it even harder to find a reliable spot. Sadly, this place isn’t for me.
But it was closed.
I have seen the timings in the goggle before starting from my home…it showed that it is open till 12 midnight.
So I travelled all the way driving 30 minutes and reached here at 11 pm …but it was closed.
If they have closed, they should have updated the correct timings of closure in goggle.
Very irresponsible behaviour on their part.
…I have wasted my 30 minutes as well as gas.
My family was very disappointed and later we went to kwality and had faluda and pastries…
At least kwality is committed to their business unlike Agha’s.
So next time onwards we would definitely not prefer Aghas.
