Agha Juice is our go-to spot to hangout with friends & family. But lately service has been a huge issue. The drinks were not that good. Cold coffee was icey instead of creamy. The mango falooda was not made right. Mawa lava ice cream part was great but cake dry & cold. Sugarcane juice tasted old & not fresh. The potato twister tonight came out cold & greasy. The cashier named Jeevan said no substitutions are allowed & the chef would not allow a re-make on the food item. This is not not the service or the place it used to be 🙁

Stopped by Agha Juice to satisfy a sugarcane juice craving. The juice was good, but it would have been much better served chilled or with ice — room temperature sugarcane juice just doesn’t hit the same. Unfortunately, they also didn’t have paan, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, decent, but there’s room for improvement.

Horrible experience dining in at this place.
We ordered the Karachi Burger, cheese fries, chatpata fries, and three faloodas—two signature and one paan masala. The Karachi Burger was decent. However, the fries were clearly refried, tasteless, like your frozen Walmart fries.

The faloodas were the biggest disappointment. They had barely any ice cream, lacked khoya and nuts, and were overloaded with noodles and basil seeds (tukhmalanga). When I politely shared this feedback, the staff became defensive and insisted that no one had ever complained about their faloodas. I absolutely hate wasting any food but the faloodas tasted so awful that we couldn’t finish and left it on the table for them to show we couldn’t even finish it.

Overall, it was a very disappointing visit. I sincerely hope the owner reads this review and takes it as constructive feedback to improve the food quality and customer service.

It’s a juice shop with a selection of falooda, desserts and sweets. It’s a Pakistani store It’s a bling lit juice shop, the lights on every corner.
The falooda was really good but the ice cream used in the falooda was quite sweet it’s a very heavy drink. The halwa tasted more like a kalakand which was really good.
The service was good, it’s not a great looking place to hangout and sit down.

Worst service ever!!!!The cashier was least interested and behaved as if she was doing us a favor by serving food. There was no cleanliness at all, it felt like complete self-service, even down to cleaning our own table. We ordered Falooda, Masala Fries, Chaat, and Sugarcane Juice. The only items we liked were the sugarcane juice and falooda; everything else tasted stale, and the chaat was extremely cold, as if it had been kept in a freezer.

The restaurant should honestly stick to selling falooda and juices only. Don’t waste your money on the other items. On top of that, the bluish lighting and dull ambience completely ruined the mood.

Wholly disappointing. The fries were nice but the zinger roll (standard chicken nuggets) was bland and tasteless. The Lahore kulfi was gritty – three most of it away. The lighting is terrible. And what’s with the stools and chairs being screwed into the floor??? Will not be back here anytime soon unfortunately.

I am a regular customer and frequently order the Rabdi Delight. During my today visit, the portion had very little rabdi milk maybe few drops. When I politely asked if a bit more could be added, a staff member rudely said, No ma’am, milk is always extra charge. This doesn’t come with milk, okay. I told her this is not my first time, both workers laughed and said no milk is included , always extra charge i said listen this is radbi delight not just icecream then she says
“This time i am giving u not again ok”
It was not about the extra charge i would have paid x2 but the tone and the way it was said in front of other customers was unprofessional and embarrassing.
I hope you address this issue to ensure better customer service in the future. Otherwise a good business will loose customers because of rude staff.

I had high hopes for Agha Juice, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning, making the overall atmosphere uninviting.

We initially ordered papdi chaat, but instead, we were served only cholay. When we pointed this out at the counter, we were informed—only after asking—that they were out of papdi. While they replaced it with bun kabobs without charging extra, the lack of communication was frustrating. I had high hopes for Agha Juice, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning, making the overall atmosphere uninviting. and the popsicles for the kids tasted like basic grocery store ones—not exactly what you expect from a specialty dessert spot. The one saving grace was the falooda, which was quite good.

It’s disappointing that there are so few Pakistani snack restaurants around, and when service and hygiene don’t match expectations, it makes it even harder to find a reliable spot. Sadly, this place isn’t for me.

This is a great little cafe with tons of drinks. Came here on our way into Dallas for the Cold Coffee which has ice cream in it that I saw online. It was great. We saw a lot of other drinks that looked good, and the food menu looked good too. We decided we’d have to stop back by on our way home a few days later. Got the jalepeno cheese fries, a burger, ice cream coffee and the chocolate chip mocha. Everything was great once again. We’re definitely making this our stop every time we go to Dallas now. Looking forward to trying more.

I along with my family members went here yesterday Sunday night at 11 pm to have snacks and juice.
But it was closed.

I have seen the timings in the goggle before starting from my home…it showed that it is open till 12 midnight.
So I travelled all the way driving 30 minutes and reached here at 11 pm …but it was closed.

If they have closed, they should have updated the correct timings of closure in goggle.

Very irresponsible behaviour on their part.
…I have wasted my 30 minutes as well as gas.

My family was very disappointed and later we went to kwality and had faluda and pastries…
At least kwality is committed to their business unlike Agha’s.

So next time onwards we would definitely not prefer Aghas.
