No matter what location or state you’re in, any Culver’s I’ve ever been to always has that same sparkling customer service when you walk in. Can’t say that I’ve ever had anything to complain about whether dining in, carry-out or a drive-thru order; Culver’s always delivers.

We visited this location last November after wandering around the Premium Outlets in Pleasant Prairie. The location near the mall was jam-packed so I mentioned let’s take a quick ride up the interstate.

When it comes to fast food not just burgers but in general, Culver’s reigns supreme and is the fastest growing franchise out there. I’ll take a Culver’s butterburger over a burger from McD’s, BK, Wendy’s, Hardee’s, Jack in the Box or DQ any day of the week.

Other than the shining service, this location like any had clean tables/seats as well as the same consistent good quality for the food. I’ve read reviews from other locations that the burger was undercooked or the person had to wait 20 minutes for a take-out order when it wasn’t busy.

Other than their scrumptious butterburgers, I’ve had the chicken sandwich, North Atlantic cod sandwich, Shaved Prime Rib sandwich which is sorely missed and the shrimp basket in which all are delicious and the food is well worth the price.

Despite living a few miles south of the border in IL, it’s likely we’ll return to this location being we do go to the Milwaukee area from time to time or stop in the nearby Mars Cheese Castle or if the Pleasant Prairie location gets packed again and we have that craving. I wish for continued boomin’ business for the owner(s).

THE MOST exceptional food AND service I’ve ever received from a Culver’s in my life. I don’t live anywhere close but I will for certain be back. The owner and team deserve huge kudos.

We stopped in at Culver’s in Kenosha at the advice of Wisconsin locals (we are from Vancouver BC Canada). We ordered the deep fried 10 piece shrimp fries and drink combo, cheese burger deluxe combo, chicken strips and fries combo and a wild-cherry concrete mixer. WOW! So delicious – everything! We were all impressed – fresh veggies on the burger – lettuce tomatoe pickle onion – everything served piping hot. Sure – the shrimp was a little greasy but totally expected. Choice of dipping sauces. Our server was a delight, friendly and helpful. We paid, given a table number, went outside in their clean outdoor sitting area and food served within minutes. What I thought was really adorable was all their cute marketing signage on all their products. We arrived in the heart of the lunch rush 1pm on Sunday July 3. Super happy we stopped in and would go back. The burger reminded me of a smash burger – so yummy and NOT greasy, it was also fully cooked!

Another fantastic Culver’s experience! Service was prompt and friendly, food was delicious and nearly perfect – missing lettuce and tomatoes from the burger but we’ll let it slide cuz everything else was on point and they were so nice. A+!

One of the best Culver’s locations I’ve ever been to!!
As someone who lives in Chicago and is frequently going up to Milwaukee, this has become the ‘mid’ stopping point. Compared to the locations in Chicago, this one is just 100x better. How you manage to get a group of 16 year olds to provide amazing service to every customer is just mind blowing honestly… and that definitely starts at the top with Management! (as someone who worked in Fast Food as a teenager, the staff here deserve major kudos.)

The food is always super fresh and cooked just right. Restaurant is clean everytime. (and I’ve probably been to this location 20 times now at various times of day, holidays, etc.)
Also – everytime the food comes out quickly!

Honestly, this location is the main reason I decided that Culvers is my #1 Fast Food Chain. 🙂
Keep up the great work!

Simply put, this is the most expensive culvers in the south east area of wisconsin. They charge more for ice cream and meals. Doublecheeseburger meal fries and coke with a order of pretzel bites and a medium concrete mixer is $3.50 more at this location then any other location.

Not many fries in here, right? At least I got utensils and cheese dipped this this time. At least you guys don’t let your Order runner use their cell phone and then touch customer’s phone like 52nd St and Greenbay rd does. Or at least I hope not.

ordered a single butter burger with pickles and tomatoes. They gave me lettuce but neither requested item’s. On the other burger we added bacon for a dollar and they gave us one singular slice.
