There’s a gentleman that goes by the name of Adan. I have been to this location for over 4 years. I believe he started this year. Dude is absolutely amazing with his hospitality. Very kind and generous and carries himself with bonkers energy. (Bonkers as in a very uplifting way, not negative).
He’s the reason I come back vs getting full attitudes from everyone and he actually speaks to me in English vs assuming I speak Spanish.
Very genuine energy here now and I’m all for it. Dude deserves a raise.
Edit: I was expecting him to come out and give me my food but they sent someone else who looked like a manager and she walked off in the middle of me talking.
We need more people like Adan!
Help the team be more communicative.
He’s contributing immensely and is carrying them.
Everything was 5 stars until the end because of a different individual.

Overall Rating: I give this McDonald’s location 5/5 stars! The food is amazing, and great quality for a fast food restaurant! The service is always amazing every time I go and the atmosphere, while not anything amazing, is neat and well-kept! Overall, this is a great place to takeout or dine in!

Food: This location never disappoints me with the quality of their food! The food is always fresh, tasty, and is honestly my favourite McDonalds locations in Brownsville.
Service: Service here is always good here! None of the workers have been rude in my several times eating here, and the drive-thru staff is patient and have always been able to understand my order!
Atmosphere: The interior of the restaurant is always nice and clean. The layout inside is nice and clean, but nothing to write home about, it’s about the same as the other McDonald’s locations I’ve been to.

My daughter received 5 fries with her happy meal. I call and they have a young “manager” who doesn’t know how to correct the situation. Instead tells me they usually come with 7 fries

Upon arriving, I found that all tables in the play area were reserved for a private party, leaving no seating available for the general public.
When I spoke with the manager about this issue, I was advised to leave my young child unattended in the play area while I sat on the other side of the restaurant and checked on him occasionally. This suggestion was highly concerning, as it disregards basic child safety and parental responsibility.

Just went and ordered a large, iced French Vanilla coffee and a regular coffee but got extremely water down lousy drinks. I am very disappointed because I had already seen how water down it looked, so I asked the lady to redo it appropriately. We waited 10 mins for 3 drinks, for mine to still be water down. This is a disgrace because our time is valuable, and customer satisfaction isn’t a priority for these workers. I will for sure go by and ask for a refund for the nasty drinks we received.

It was horrible. After I had told them my order and I came home I found out that the order was wrong. They forgot my order so I went back. After the second time I ask them for my order they still got it wrong. Finally After the third time they got it right. If they are rookies they need to be put with some veterans/experience cooks working there. SMH

Literally waited 10 minutes for them to give me my coke with ice when i asked for no ice and when i told the worker he gave me a nasty attitude. But WAIT theres more after that they gave me my food which was all cold and dont get me started on the fries that were basically frozen. The icing on this horrible cake was that they also forgot my sauce like really guys really ???!
