The Italian Beef Dip is the same meat as the RB Classic, no real distinction meat wise; it’s on a hotdog bun. It’s a complete Rip-Off over $8.00 just for a sandwich.

I have been to many Arby’s. And this one by far has been the best. The food was great the staff were great and they actually managed to keep the drive thru going fast. I did not have to wait long. I will be back to this one.

Couldn’t even get my order right and I ordered 3 things. Not real hard. Food was ok RB and cheese was ok. Buffalo chicken sliders not bad. Slow service and because they didnt get my order right the first time. They charged me 4.50 For a soda separately. what a racket.

Been to all other restaurants nearby. Thought we owe this one a visit. The result was not disappointing.
The service was cheerful. We had no problem placing the orders. Lots of menu choices (chicken, fish, etc.) on top of their famous roast beef sandwiches. We got our food in a very short time. They tasted very good especially when with their horsey sauce.
They have an open kitchen which we really like. The whole place, including washrooms are kept reasonably clean. Dining area is comfortable.
We found some tables with crumbs at the time when we arrived. But staff came cleaned them before we were leaving.

Seemingly short staffed. Going into the establishment we were not acknowledged/greeted and did not have our order taken for upwards of 8 minutes. When our food was ready, our number wasn’t called/we weren’t made aware so it sat on the counter for a while. I also wish they would have included sauce with our mozzarella sticks but maybe we had to ask for it (normally I go through the Arby’s drive thru so I don’t know if their practices are different). The food we got was good and I appreciate the staff for working, but I’m not sure if I would go back to this location unless I was going through the drive thru, it seems like those orders are heavily prioritized over indoor orders.

It was a drive thru experience, and I don’t get to go to Arby’s very often with the lack of locations in King County, but the quality in this location in Kent, WA is just as good as I remember, and food was well prepared. It was also presented fast, efficient (for service and payment), and most of all, HOT and FRESH!

Usually use the drive through, but decided to go in to order today. Surprised by the cute interior. The restaurant and restrooms were immaculately clean. Staff is always friendly and work well as a team.
