They keep the doors closed. As a DoorDasher, I’m forced to wait at the drive-thru where I lose a lot of time. My order was already ready inside, and instead of leaving in 3 minutes, I lost 20 minutes.

2 employees only. If one person is handling the entire kitchen, how do you expect orders to be filled in a timely manner? Where’s the manager or other higher up staff. In the brief time I was there, I watched multiple people abandon their orders and just walk right out rather than deal with the ungodly way. Wendy’s is fast food. But it seems like it would be quicker to cook your own burger at home than to deal with this unacceptable staffing choices.

They might be under staffed it did take almost an hour , you can’t get out of line because it’s blocked they gave me the wrong sandwich they put a burger & chicken on my sandwich which I am disappointed, they take your card or phone inside the window instead of letting you do it but other places are like that as well it’s nerve racking honestly when you can’t see. Nov. 7 2025. You rarely get a take out meal (food-in-a-bag) that is, well, impressive. I guess we have just become desensitized to the lack of care in the service industry. But I’m taking the time to congratulate the staff at Wendy’s this evening. My sandwich was well wrapped and warm (not hot, but you can’t have everything.)
My fries and nuggets were resting well IN their container, not rolling around the bottom of the bag. ALSO, there were two napkins AND ketchup included. I tell you I was pleasantly surprised, and grateful for a tidy meal for once. Oh and the two people at the window were friendly and nice. Thanks guys

This place is thought would be decent. I drove here from far and disappointed. The service is bad. They messup your order, my sandwich, they missed cheese and fried onions, who misses cheese in a sandwich.? That’s recklessly made and very unprofessional. The people who work here should be fired.

Went through the drive through to order the food, when receiving the ordered food which was a Medium Baconator, and a Biggie bag it was all thrown in the bag with (3) small fries everywhere, and a wrinkled wrapped burger as if it had been served to someone else and then served to me and a Baconator. I had to park and go into the restaurant after having to wait over 12 minutes in the drive thru to have the order corrected. Understandably they are working short and in the process of hiring, but customer service should still be an important component of any business.

Don’t bother coming to this location I ordered ahead on the app through the carry out option to pick up inside however the inside dining was locked up so I had to go through the drive thru (why have the carry out option available if you can’t go inside) and told them I had a carry out mobile order after waiting and gave them the name and they said they didn’t have it keep in mind I placed a mobile order for the shaker location and they told me to check if this was the right location I asked them if the address 3516 shaker road is correct and the full name again until finally they said they had it and to pull forward again I don’t expect much from fast food but this was a pretty poor experience since I had to wait in the drive through while my food sat cold and they couldn’t bother to check if the order I clearly said was sitting there and gave me zero napkins. Management do better.

Sometimes I go through this drive through and I have a lot of fun. The people who run the drive through have a lot of spirit. I love it. The food has been consistent as well. That said, I probably won’t go back just for financial reasons. You see, I get something consistently, one of the salads and I substitute the grilled chicken for spicy chicken. It’s almost the only thing I get at Wendy’s besides nuggets for my boys. I get it a lot. Everywhere I go.
This time she took away the grilled chicken and charged $3 to “add” the spicy chicken. I pointed out that they normally use the “sub” function to substitute the chicken and there is no uncharge … She explained that everyone else charges it wrong and that’s why she has this conversation repeatedly. That is fine. But since this is what I always order and none of the other Wendy’s charge me this fee, yet, I’ll just make sure I go get my food from other franchises. This time I canceled the order for my salad and my drink and just kept the nuggets I promised the boys.
In conclusion, the food is consistent and the people are cool. If you don’t order what I order, you should be fine.

I work late and look for dinner after 10pm… The past several times I’ve come to the Warrensville Center Blvd location the food has been fresh and delicious, the staff seem to be enjoying themselves while working, they are all funny and friendly almost like they are all friends outside of work! I typically get spicy nuggets and a strawberry lemonade and it’s always tasty! The order is never wrong and they never forget sauces or straws unlike McDonald’s down the road! Thanks to all the night shift staff here for being awesome!
