This supposed to be a double quarter cheese and the meat does not look like as it should the meat is so thin you can see through it. Another day order a 20 piece chicken nuggets and get only 14 pieces someone can not count. What is the problem with people McDonald’s is hiring.

Very Clean. Staff was very efficient and quick. Food was fresh and hot. We used the rest rooms and they were clean. However, the water in the sink of the woman’s restroom was not working. Was not able to wash my hands. Thankfully I carry sanitizer. They may need to check on this…. we did go through the drive through and it did have a line of 6 plus cars but did move quite efficiently. The folks running g the drive through did a great job with our order and it was correct.

Called the manager Clementina to modify an order because DoorDash doesn’t not always have the option to do so. I was just simply communicating that I wanted a “round egg” on my McGriddle, and she basically told me she could not make it happen, so I would have to purchase a whole side order & spend extra. She was not helpful with professionalism through my communication in advance, even when I told asked her nicely. She was very snarky, unprofessional, and rude to say the least.

Your team was on point today, im traveling through and visited a few minutes ago. Was really excited to get breakfast past 1030 and everything was not only fresh and hot. My order instructions are special and leads to complications and more often than not my sandwich gets messed up. Your order taker was clear and heard and rang up exactly what I ordered, found the less expensive option I have a hard time getting them to find at other mcdonalds. Theres a steak bagel that doesnt come with egg and cheese and they always try to charge me for the regular one and minus the egg and cheese, smh. Anyways she did it right and then my sandwich was also made exactly how I ordered it. And it was perfect. I would get one every day if it was this easy at home! Great job!
It was a busy time at the double drive through and I was so impressed with how fast we moved through! The whole visit was 5 stars!

I hate giving reviews, especially bad ones. However, tonight was highly upsetting. I went through the drive thru and it was actually the fastest its ever been. I really appreciated it. Then I parked into a spot to check my food (I got no onions) when I did the fries were soggy and the burgers were room temp. It was definitely not up to code. So I went into and asked a kind, but shy, young lastly if I could please have my food remade. Im big on my food being done properly, im not a perfectionist, but if I pay for food, I want it to be warm, ya know? She was kind and said okay, but and older lady, the shift manager, i believe her name was Tonya, started cussing and saying there no way its cold (she never even bothered to check) said she wasn’t remaking it when I jist relieved it 5 seconds ago. Then said, once it leaves again, its not coming back. None of it was said TO me, but all the workers started looking at me and I know they knew I could hear every word. Again, no big deal, im not going to let a bad manager get me down on my good day, but those workers are a lot of teens and she shouldn’t talk to them that way. The young lady brought me food back out. I made sure to stay right there and when I checked it, I knew it was the exact food I JUST gave them. So I asked for a refund. The thing is, no one apologized to me for how she just acted. I was belittled because I wanted the food I ordered to be at proper temperature ( you guys get checked for that on your health code survey) and i was very kind. Apparently a lot of people have made complaints about that woman but nothing has been done to fix it. I dont get McDonald’s often, because its long waiting times and my food is usually wrong, but the fries are just soooo good when fresh and I had a craving. Unfortunately, I dont think that people here take pride in their job. And managercusses at kids because a customer wanted their order fixed. When I worked at taco bell I always did my best and made it up to a customer the best way I knew how and its sad that no one cares anymore. Everything is so impersonal and I dont see myself coming back to this location anymore. Good fries or not.

This location is rife with incompetence. The spanish woman taking orders is worth 5 stars, but the two highschoolers in front window, the girl with long black hair, and the boy with curly hair, both worked together to get my order wrong. Didnt put napkins in the bag either, and gave me no sauce with my 20pc after asking for ranch and sweet&sour. Dont let people who cant read the screen work on the window. I’d blame the education system but your manager put them in that position. Make them mop or work the grill do not have them read anything

how hard is it to get the order right when it’s right on the paper? and how hard is it to give out napkins? how come every single time i go either my order is wrong, y’all take forever, or y’all are rude. on the paper it says southern style sweet tea and 2 sweet and sours but y’all gave me an unsweet and couldn’t even be bothered to throw in 1 sweet and sour? all of y’all need to be fired because this happens every time.

If I could give a zero, I would give a zero just went through the drive-through to get a big Mac and a quarter pounder and a large fry and a drink. The food was cold. The fries were old and the Coke was actually decent, but the food was horrible and this is not the first time that we have got bad food from here. It will be the last time that we ever go to the McDonald’s in Chatsworth. I live in Chatsworth and I would rather drive to Dalton.

We normally skip this McDonald’s because they consistently give us incorrect food every single time we go, this time was no different. Check your food after you order, the likely hood of it being correct is staggeringly low.

I used the drive through today at about 11am September 24th. Paid got my food pulled over to the side to give my son his food so he could eat on a drive home which is thirty minutes. When I noticed I was missing some food. I went to the drive through and excused myself from the lady that was there. And told the guy in the drive through that I didn’t get part of my meal. He told me that I had to go inside. Which I responded that I couldn’t because I had my child in the car. He proceeded to tell me a couple of times that I needed to go inside and I proceeded to tell him that I couldn’t because I had my child in the car. The whole time he had an attitude. Then he told me that he couldn’t help me because he had a customer at the window.Mind you the lady in the car told him to take care of me first that it was fire. We’re back inside and says something to another girl.Then told me that I had to go inside with the bag.And the receipt. I had to take my son out of his car seat to go inside so That they could give me what was missing out of my order. All he had to do was give me the nuggets do the driver and I would’ve been on my way. The manager and another lady were amazing but I asked for a refund. Beyond do you better with the training of these little kids I drive through. Doesn’t make any sense that I have to take my child out of Car seat, look for my receipt.Take my stuff back inside when all he could have done was given It to me at the drive through. I also had injected myself with insulit’s a Lynn right before.I got there because it’s a fast food place.My sugar was under 60 already and with me giving my self insulin it would start to bring it down. I was so mad that I had to go somewhere else and get food.Now imagine if something what had happened to me. Never will I ever go to this place again
