PLEASE STOP GIVING CUSTOMERS OLD COLD FOOD. I go to this location because it’s closer to my house and EVERY SINGLE time I go the food is NEVER fresh. Fries are always cold and the nuggets taste like old grease, the chicken in the chicken wraps are always cold. I’m sick of it. I won’t be eating here anymore. I just end up throwing it away. Just like the food in the photo.
Update: went for breakfast 02/04/2026 and this is my steak breakfast…..they flipped it over so I wouldn’t see the burnt side…just ask me to pull around and I promise you I will wait for my food that I paid for if you have to remake it because you mistakenly burned it.

Yes my lunch date was perfect ! Let me explain .
She had her thoughts and they didn’t paint a good atmosphere , as far as fast food was concerned . But this visit gave her a new resolve, at least toward this particular restaurant . It was clean , the food was not just looking perfect , it most importantly tasted perfect ! Couldn’t have been any better as far as I could tell . She went as far as to tell me that I did great with my choice for lunch and that was a good convident booster plus thought to myself that things were going great . Who knows , maybe there will be marriage in the near future for me! If that don’t happened , I’ll be heading back to mc’ee D’s for some of that perfection , mmm mmm !!

They always!!! Forget something. Please for your own sake. Check your bag before leaving. Today. They forgot a simple burger. One burger! Last time it was made wrong. Before that. No fries. It goes on. Do yourself favor. Go to the next one down the street. Smh!

I’m sick and tired of asking if that is everything in one bag and being told yes. I order a decent amount of food to waste my time at the window so I await confirmation. It appears yet again I arrive home and a Big Mac is missing, my double is a single Qtr Pounder, and my sprite is flat as heck. I am venting for the first time because ever since the raise for food workers it’s a reoccurring event. Next time you guys ask me to go wait at one of your parking lot parking spots I will say no. To top it off I will take my sweet time looking through my bag to confirm my order. This used to be a kids job and I can tolerate kids making mistakes but adults??? How many times is this done? I know it happens to me all the time. I knew we should have cooked but my daughter played hard during her weekend sports and this was her reward. Do better McDonalds on 11th and Corral Hollow. Just do better.

There are STILL HUMANS HERE!! This is my fav location. The food is ALWAYS fresh and hot. I always order my food special and they have never made a mistake. Most importantly, the staff is FRIENDLY!!!WOOHOO! GOOD FOOD AND GOOD PEOPLE! Even Fluffy gets a filet o fish!! PS. I feel the prices here are reasonable.

Its McDonald’s, the food isnt good at any McDonald’s, but the staff was so friendly and nice. Ordered 15 breakfast burritos at 6am for a work breakfast and they were fast and funny. If you are a McDonald’s fan, go here always!

Came through the drive thru at 8:30. The lady who helped my husband and I with our kinda particular order was amazing. She triple checked everything for us down to our happy meal drink. This lady is amazing and I appreciate her so much!

Im not one to complain, but every time we give this place a shot they give us a reason no to go back. They either put all the ingredients on a plain burger or just flat out forget to give us the item we ordered. This was definitely the last straw this was supposed to be a “large” fry ♀️
