I ordered a family Okra and a 10 piece meal for my hubby to pick up. I was so excited, I opened the box and my Okra was black and crunchy. I was so upset. I called and complained. So, I went back the next day and the floor manager was so polite. Her name was Stephanie. She made it right and replaced my Okra. Thanks again Stephanie, It’s hard to find managers like her. Church’s thanks for choosing Stephanie as a manager. I definitely appreciate her customer service. I am truly excited!!!!

Counter service was ok. It was the female employee in the back but near cou ter that was unprofessional using profanity to another person customer, who I assumed she knew based on what I was hearing. Very tacky. So the service rating was based on that. Although she didn’t directly take my order, she still needs to realize she represents the business as a whole and her foul mouth is not a good look.

How is this place still in business!! I arrived at this “fast food restaurant” at 4:22 and got my food at 5:10. The speaker doesn’t work so you pull up to the window to order…and wait and wait and wait. They had no mac and cheese, no wings, no white meat at all. I wasn’t told this until I had already paid for my 8 piece meal. I had to pull up to the front and wait for my chicken to be done even though the drive- thru line was packed. Why is chicken not being dropped!?. Got my food and went home. My whole car smells like old grease now. The chicken was AWFUL and I was missing my biscuits. I should have known what I was in for when I pulled up, see pics. Do not go here!

The only thing stopping me from giving this a one star review is that Mac & Cheese. For that, 5/5 it was great! Everything else… Let me say, years ago I worked in food service. I know old grease. The chicken and fries REEKED of old grease. We were able to stomach a few tenders but couldn’t even bear the fries. They were cold, soggy, and tasted like old cigarettes. The biscuits were OKAY. They were a little hard and cold, but the flavor was there. This was my first time trying out Church’s but unfortunately this will be my last time.
