Really great diner spot. There’s breakfast all day and portions are large!

Service was fantastic. I got there every day breakfast deal for $10. It includes two eggs, potatoes of your choice. Meat of your choice. I got sausage, links and toast of your choice. It also includes either hot coffee, tea or a soda in the price. the food was done well into my liking The eggs were perfect. The sausage links were bigger than I thought they were going to be and they were so hot I couldn’t eat them right off. The Server and waitress did a fantastic job. The bathrooms were clean at least the woman’s was and it smelled fantastic. Highly recommend definitely would eat here again

Food is mediocre diner food. Ours was barely warm. Wait staff are a bit slow, for everyone but regulars, but our waitress was personable. The “cash only” policy is inconvenient, but they do have an atm. Probably won’t go back.

Friendly staff. Good covid protocol. Food was good and not pricey. Carrot cake was really awesome! Nice little local place to eat. We’re from Pittsburgh area and would definitely stop there again.

A great retro styled diner! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the coffee was great! Breakfast was served all day. The waitstaff were very pleasant. The place gives off a great local diner vibe from a bygone era. Definitely worth a stop when in the State College area!

An old school diner with table, booth, and counter service up front and large room in back for groups. Good service and breakfast. They always have a set Sunset Breakfast Special and another breakfast special that chages. Also serve lunch and dinner but we generally go for breakfast. Cash only and reasonable prices.

Just driving through and stopped in. Husband loved the liver and onions! Mashed potatoes weren’t the best. I tasted the stuffed pepper soup: tasted like condensed tomatoes soup with rice and a few green peppers; didn’t get any meat in my spoonful nor by sight. Got Chef salad instead; I enjoyed it.

While on a trip down to PA my father and I stopped at this restaurant for lunch. Here I received less than satisfactory service along with mediocre food. The waitress was distracted by either her Apple Watch or other employees the entire time there. More than once she stopped herself mid-sentence to either talk to someone else or read a text. Not to mention she didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to chat with another employee for at least 8-10 minutes. The food was lukewarm (soup & chili) while the fried goods (mozz sticks & fries) tasted as if they’d came out of oil that hadn’t been changed in decades. In the end our total was 30$ for two soups and two fried goods. Not to mention the 7$ tip left despite the service. I asked for a box seeing as I didn’t want to waste the mozz sticks, but never received one. The waitress was too busy gossiping with others. We waited at least ten minutes for someone to bring us one before deciding to just leave. I wrapped my mozz sticks in a napkin and left I do not recommend this place, especially if you are someone traveling and not a local.

We stop here every year on our way home from hunting camp for breakfast. Service is prompt & friendly. The sausage links are delicious as are the home fries (ask for them with onion).
