What appears to be a mouse dropping in my filet-o-fish. I would write it off as some kind of char, but there is zero trace of anything black, even a speck, anywhere else, and this is not a bun that is toasted. Anyone who has seen mouse droppings knows exactly what they look like, down to the “pinch off” on one end. Absolutely revolting, and we will not be coming back.

They will charge you for a large iced coffee and give you a medium. The kids there laughed at me and said that the medium is the new size for a large iced coffee. The cups do not reflect that information and I do not like to be laughed at. Won’t be back here. Rude kids.

Sometimes it’s fine, but only like half the time. This location offers table service, but if you expect your food to be delivered to your table, you’ll be disappointed about half the time. If you order a drink, you might have to ask for your cups. Sometimes the tables are clean, be prepared use napkins. The play structure is good and there are electronic games at some of the tables. There is an interactive game system that projects on the floor that the kids really seem to enjoy, but it only works like half the time.

Every thing we ordered was wrong. Bacon buffalo ranch McCrispy had no bacon, cheese burger order without mustard came out without onions also, big mac had everything put in between the bottom and middle bun, nothing between the middle and top bun, fries were under cooked, which is a shame you used to have the best fries around, and the staff can’t count to 10. One of the nugget boxes had 12 in it instead of 10. There was one lead person that stepped up and corrected most of the issues and was very pleasant to deal with.

Honestly it was the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Not a single clean table to sit at. The floor is filthy with trash and spills, the windows are all slimed and sticky with finger prints and the soda machine is dripping with syrup and everything is just gross. We left and ate in the car as there was nowhere clean to sit. There are at least 2 people standing in the back doing nothing. Seems like someone could be sweeping and wiping things down. This is simply unacceptable.

Do not leave without checking your order. Literally never right. Ordered 2 snack wrap meal, fries pop and 3 double cheese. Didn’t check it. Got home and had 2 of the worst double cheese burgers ive ever had, a large soggy fry that could pass as a small fry , and 5 CHICKEN MCNUGGETS. Now how the hell do you confuse snack wraps and chicken nuggets. Receipt was correct. Just total incompetence by whomever packed the bag

The food was the same as the other McDonald’s I’ve been to… Hard bread and mediocre everything else. They were out of caramel drizzle for the ice cream sundae.
Many of the tables were dirty with food and crumbs on them, none were getting cleaned in the hour we were there.
There were no other customers eating in the store when we were there and the drive through was not very busy, a car here and there from what I could see.
The play area is pretty small, but fine for my 2 year old. I’d say only 3 kids could be on it at the same time that’s pushing it. The “tunnel slide” is barely a slide. Otherwise the play area was pretty clean.
They have a projector game that was kind of fun, but I think it just randomly rotated through games and you can’t pick or choose. Also there are no instructions but it’s easy games like popping the bubbles. Even my toddler caught on quickly.
Overall this is an okay place for us to go in a pinch when it’s too hot to play outside and we need a cheap bite to eat.

Hey McDonald’s, are yall so damn broke u can’t put lettuce or onions on my burger????
I come here so often, but everytime I do everything is messed up. I get steak EGG and cheese bagel but magically have no eggs on them! I’m so tired of coming through every time and my order is messed up. Yall really need to start paying attention to what you’re doing! I worked at multiple McDonald’s in 3 different states for 6 years and every one of them were never ever ever this freaking bad man. Y’all suck and need more training!!!!! Don’t come here if u don’t wanna waste ur money!!!!!!
