Food is what you expect from a Taco Bell, haven’t noticed anything egregious. The worst is the staff. I picked up a DoorDash order, had to speak to their crappy AI, and when a team member came to help he told me they didn’t have the order. Even though…the correct order was on the screen. I verified it. But he says they can’t find it. He says to check the address, but I’m at the right store. He says “I don’t know what to tell you, it’s not here” I say “but the AI pulled up the right order, it was on the screen!” And he gives me a “that’s nice” with the shittiest annoyed teenager tone. I continue arguing as this is my job, and wouldn’t you know, he was able to find the order. Surprise surprise. Lose the attitude

really appreciate customer service & quality of food. robot started talking to us taking orders but wasnt answering questions appropriately so woman working drive thru window stepped up – she was awesome and the reason for my review!! super nice worker. allowed me to get a beef power bowl & added creamer to my baja blast which i ordered. not a single mistake in our 50$ order which was a little tricky to begin with. very nice customer service @ window & seamless transaction. i wrote this review to give the worker @ window credit for the multitasking of door dash orders, taking orders over system, and doing window responsibilities. great qualitt of food too – will definitely be back. kudos!!! 12/28/25 8p

this by far is the worst taco bell i have been too in the united states. i just moved from chicago to cleveland back in 2023 and my first visit thru drive thru TERRIBLE a lady in the back was screaming at her cashier. my food still came out cold and before i left and i got my food a fight broke out in the kitchen. im still to this day waiting for my drink! 2/10 i dont recommend this place the east side location is wayy better btw.

John needs a raise, every time I come they close the store down early and aren’t working. He was the only one working tonight and made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently needless to say he was great!

Let’s see. Guac had about 1/5th fullness in cantina meal, entire item missing, both quesadillas completely flat despite on ordering extra cheese, nearly no meat in taco, and cantina quesadilla was smashed.

Barely any beef in what I ordered. More beans than normal. Waited 20 minutes in the drive-through before I even got to order. Heard the worker getting nasty and rude with the customer in front of me, over the menu board speaker. I’ll never go to Taco Bell again. Too many issues, especially at this location.
I decided to give them another chance, and nothing changed. Actually, it was worse than the last time. It took a whole hour in line at the drive-thru. I and others had 2 Uber eats people cutting in the at the drive thru. The burrito Supremes that I ordered had NO beef in them at all. When I called to complain, the morning manager told me that she knew about the problems and had spoken to the General Manager many times about it. She suggested I call back and talk to him. So I did, and he got nasty on the phone with me. I would not suggest this location to anyone.

I went in to order and l understand they are low staff but the attitude and being mean is uncalled for, it’s every time, they kicked everyone out of the dining area and locked the doors right when there manager left, if you do not like your job find another one.

Dining room tables and floor is dirty. I ask to dine in and was given a bag to go. The soft tacos were skimpy on the meat paste. While in line I watched a drive through customer come in to complain about her food not having meat on it. She had to sit and wait for 7 counter customers before receiving the corrected food. No one has time to wait again or complain. No one can afford to be ripped off either.
The kitchen crew was loud and goofing off during my entire stay.

The drive thru worker (Haley) was so amazing. She answered all my questions without hesitation and with a smile. I felt like a burden at first but she made me aware I was far from that. I wish she worked every time I went there.
