This is probably the worst McDonald’s location I have ever been to. The service here is absolutely horrendous. Two separate experiences and both were the worst. My first experience i came inside and ordered two double cheese burgers and a coke. That’s it. No one was waiting for their food, it wasnt busy but for some reason it took almost 10 minutes to recieve our food. And we had to flag someone down, it seemed liked the employees would look over at us but would avoid saying anything. The second experience just happened this morning in the drive thru. At first someone greeted us but we were met with silence when we replied. We waited….nothing. silence. So we repeat that we have a code. Still nothing. Finally someone different answers. We mention that we have a code and two separate orders. She doesn’t confirm that she heard us at all, we’re just met with more silence. So again we repeat ourselves and she says “yeah I know”…. well why didnt you say something? She takes our first order, has a hard time with understanding the code that we had to repeat 4 times. And after our order she says “really? That’s it?”.. uhm okay? Both of our phones confirm that they recieved our codes like any other McDonald’s experience. We get to the window and she takes our card not telling us the total until we see it ourselves on the bag. She charged us full price and somehow didnt apply the coupon codes. Telling us she doesn’t know at that the codes didnt work. We ask for a manager and she just isnt understanding so we drive away just done with the experience. I will avoid this location at all costs.

This location is clean, has great seating availability, and I enjoy the openness of the dining room on the northeast side as opposed to the south side.

I’d be shocked if you don’t already know your order at Mackers, but I love a Big Mac, spicy McChicken, and McDouble. The orange hi-c is a staple, and your mom has never made anything close to as good as a McDonald French fry. And if you haven’t had a sausage & egg McMuffin, repent and order one immediately. The Sausage & Egg McGriddle is good, but not as good as that McMuffin. Quality isn’t always consistent. I’ve had some overly cooked breakfasts where they clearly were getting rid of things, but typically I have no issues. The breakfast burrito is the only breakfast item I’ve had that I didn’t like.

The service has always been decent for me at this location. They get my order right, and I have no complaints. I’ll continue to be a loyal and happy patron.

I redeemed my rewards points for free nuggets and the chick at the window said that they don’t have a scanner and that I had to just pay for them. They also didn’t have the sauce that I asked for and my shake was filled up barely half way. Why don’t you guys pay a little better and find some competent employees like chik fil a next door.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Please let me explain. I’m a DoorDasher. THIS SPECIFIC STORE claims that the order YOU purchased is ready for pick up. When it’s not. It hurts my ratings as a Dasher, you’re disappointed, and I lose my job.

the works are always short and snappy, i can’t ask for sauce with out attitude or being sent back around. i place my order in advance for their convenience an wait 10 minutes for 2 small meals and i get sent to wait every time when i’m the only customer. the nightshift workers are especially very rude.

there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it. I ordered a Hot & Honey sandwich with no sausage, and my order was made incorrectly. This has happened multiple times at this location.

I was specific about what I wanted, yet the order still came out wrong. When I called to address it, I was asked what I ordered, which was frustrating since I had already clearly stated it.

It’s disappointing to spend money and time here only to consistently receive incorrect orders. I would not recommend this location until management addresses the repeated issues with order accuracy and customer service.

Right next to my work so I get breakfast here all the time but every time I get a sandwich with an egg on it there’s always eggshells in every bite. I keep getting them because the sandwiches are delicious with them and every day I hope maybe today is the day that there’s no egg shells. Well Today I pulled out this eggshell. Makes me wonder if you guys just throw whole eggs in a pan to cook them rather than cracking them like a normal person.

The last 3 times in a row my fiancé and I have come to this location our order has been wrong. We tend to order through the app and pick up. We’ve gone inside to have them correct our order(which defeats the purpose of curbside) and they have no sense of urgency to fix their mistakes. I work in the food industry and I am appalled by how they take no responsibility for their own errors and how rude they are to guests who just want to receive what they paid for
*Edit*
Tonight they screwed up our curbside order and upon us going inside we stood there for a while with zero acknowledgement from ANYONE. The manager even looked at us repeatedly and when we waved at her to get her attention she just turned her back to us and ignored us. We were not the only people standing there waiting for assistance but all of us were ignored.

Appalling Conduct by male Night Manager — Elderly Customer Left in Tears

Review:
On October 31st around 11:30 PM, my elderly mother went through the Draper McDonald’s drive-thru to pick up my mobile order and place her own. What should have been a simple visit turned into an unacceptable and deeply distressing experience due to the behavior of the night manager on duty.

The manager refused to take her additional order, falsely claiming she could only pick up the mobile one. This is not McDonald’s policy — and I know that firsthand, having worked for McDonald’s in multiple locations. Customers are always permitted to place an additional order. The issue was not confusion — it was poor judgment, lack of empathy, and a total disregard for customer service standards.

My mother left crying and humiliated, which is absolutely inexcusable. The fact that a paying, elderly customer could be treated this way is beyond unprofessional — it is morally unacceptable. This type of conduct reflects severe management failure and a complete lack of training and accountability.

McDonald’s corporate must review the drive-thru footage from October 31st and take immediate disciplinary action against the manager responsible. No elderly woman should ever be reduced to tears by the staff of a company built on the promise of service and respect. This incident deserves the highest level of corporate attention.

Very disappointing experience.
This McDonald’s in Draper (right next to Chick-fil-A) purposely avoids giving receipts or even asking if customers want one. It honestly feels like they do this so people can’t leave honest reviews or report poor service — and that’s just wrong. The way some employees act here shows they know corporate isn’t paying attention. It’s disgusting behavior and completely unprofessional. McDonald’s corporate would be furious if they knew how badly this location represents the brand.

TERRIBLE customer service. Went back since they missed the chicken nuggets on 4 of my meal deals. Got a bunch of attitude claiming they were the one that filled my order, and they knew they put them in there, tried claiming what was in each bag. Guess what, I wouldn’t be leaving this review if I was trying to pull one over on you, the food was NOT in the bag. When she finally gave me the food, she said “here, just take it” with a wave of her hand as though I was the problem
