I am visiting the Hartford area for work and stopped for dinner tonight because the restaurant is close to my hotel. Not sure why this place isn’t 5 stars. It could be I came on the right night. I had Prime Rib. The portions were more than I could handle, and I’m a big eater. The prime rib was roasted to perfection, the side of corn on the cob was the best corn I think I have ever had. I was blown away. The loaded baked potato was not just loaded, but roasted so the cheese and bacon was melted and crispy. The service was great. The server was beautiful and friendly. The place looks a little older like you stepped into a classy restaurant from my childhood, or the movie Good Fellas. I will be back.

Food is excellent. Service was great until I couldn’t pay. The next day I paid cash, returned twice more and paid cash and they still told my friends I didn’t pay. 5 of them gossipped about me in front of my friends. Do not go here, buyer beware. Fake niceties at best.

The food looked better than it tasted. The shrimp fettuccine tasted like pure chili powder. The bruschetta was not like what I expected but I’m from NY so that may be why. The server Emily? Was really nice and helpful. The bread was absolutely amazing! The minestrone soup not so much

Arriving in this system after a long hyperspace jump, I was most pleased to find a cantina whose kitchen burned brightly long past the usual hour. My choice: the stuffed shrimp—crafted with balance and precision—paired with a bowl of French onion soup for a modest credit upgrade.
Both dishes sang with flavor, as if guided by the Light Side itself—each bite a harmonious blend of texture and taste. The crew here, attentive and warm, served not just food but genuine hospitality, making the late-night hour feel like a celebration rather than an afterthought.
For travelers seeking nourishment and kindness long after twin suns have set, this place is a hidden star in the galaxy.

Skyline is truly an amazing place. Not only is the food incredible, but the workers make you feel like you’re right at home from the moment you walk in. The owners, Stacey and Gina, are absolutely wonderful—warm, genuine, and welcoming. The vibe they create is something special, the kind of atmosphere that instantly makes you feel safe and comfortable.
What makes Skyline stand out even more is how deeply involved they are in the community. They truly love and care for the people around them. After my family recently experienced a house fire, they didn’t just offer kind words—they took action. They helped us reach the community in ways we never would have known how to do on our own. Their compassion and support meant more to us than words can express. They are truly God-sent and reminded my family that there are still amazing people left in this world.
On top of all that, the food is cooked and seasoned to perfection, and the employees are always welcoming and kind. Whether you’re visiting from out of town, looking for a new date night spot, or just want a place to relax and enjoy a drink, Skyline is the place to be. It’s more than a restaurant—it’s a community, and it feels like home.

Ordered penne with meat sauce and spicy sausage! Large portion and it was just the right amount of spice!

Awesome local hot spot. I walked in and was greeted promptly by cute waitresses in Halloween costumes. Great atmosphere, great service, super friendly staff and fun music. They make the drinks right and they treat you better than most places I have been to.
Lexi, our waitress was very attentive and friendly, and took care of my wife and I on Halloween night. Amazing food and amazing service!

I stayed in the area for 5 nights and enjoyed this restaurant so much that I ate here 3 of those nights. The food (the bread ) was consistently fresh and delicious. The servers were always warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere had a really inviting vibe. I highly recommend the French Onion Soup, Penne alla Vodka, and the Chicken Caesar Wrap. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

We have been coming here for so many years it is hard to remember when. When ever we fly in and out of Bradely, we make it a point to have either lunch or dinner at Skyline. Besides the wonderful staff, the ample parking and the great prices, the food here is just plain good. The inside atmosphere brings you back to a much simpler time, when places like this restaurant could be found in many towns but not now. Since this restaurant makes most everything here on site, you can get real hometown cooking, without all the razzle dazzle you find in so many restaurants today. The food is excellent, and the serving sizes are more than enough to fill anyone’s appetite, and the staff makes you feel right at home, like you are one of the family. If you are looking for a place with great home cooked meals, friendly company and a down-to-earth atmosphere, then the Skyline is right for you.

We went here with high hopes, and I was very disappointed by the end. We arrived, and they had bingo going on in the event room- which should have been a sign to lower expectations. The inside was quaint and adorable, i expected more of an elegant look on the inside. (I’m going to add that I LOVE bingo and probably would’ve joined had I not had my children) The waitress we had was absolutely amazing! Very honest and open about menu items and extremely kind and polite. I ordered the French onion soup and Chicken Gorgonzola, and the French onion soup was good. I sent the chicken dish back as it was more of a soup than an actual Gorgonzola. My husband gauged the place when we walked in and went for a simple dish- chicken wrap- which he said was good. My daughter had the Alfredo, which had a hair in it – she neglected to tell me as she didn’t want me to “embarrass” her by speaking up. My other daughter had the kids’ pizza- and it wasn’t bad at all. My father had the lasagna, and honestly, im pretty sure it’s frozen, Stouffers to be exact. I’m also pretty sure the calamari or something gave me food poisoning as I was in the bathroom most of the night. The drinks were good.
