Every Single Time I order Cheesy Potatoes They are given to me old and hard as a rock . This Never fails . Instead of taking the time of to drop a fresh batch the kitchen staff is lazy and rather give out potatoes that have sat out all day long. I worked at Taco Bell before and I was required to drop a fresh batch if they were sitting out over a certain amount of time .

We use this Taco Bell at least once a week! Typically have no issues. My kiddo wanted to try the new crispy chicken nuggets that are advertised on their sign outside. These chicken nuggets weren’t crispy. They were BURNT! My kiddo would have broken a tooth had I let him eat them! As soon as I opened the box it smelled like burnt chicken. And clearly by looks they were. We also got a Mexican pizza which was so SLOPPY! So much sauce it was soggy, and a mess to try and eat. Not the best order we’ve ever had here. Just a little advice and tip… people eat with their eyes. If it looks bad, you’ve already set the tone for the experience. It won’t taste good. Put in the time to make it look more appealing. Just my 2 cents!

If I could give them a 0 I would ! Sat in the drive thru line for an hour !!!!! For an uber eats order get to the window and THE ORDER STILL ISN’T READY! every single car is waiting at the window for atleast 10 mins each . Yall go so slow as if uber pays us for our time . Literally wasted 15 miles in gas waiting in line !! Never ever will I pick up another uber order from here again at night !

I recently visited Taco Bell and was really disappointed with how my payment was handled. My total came to $23.85, but they rounded it up without asking me. It’s not about the few extra cents it’s about the principle. No one mentioned the rounding or gave me a choice, and that feels dishonest. As a customer, I expect transparency, especially when it comes to money. This kind of practice makes me question whether I want to come back. Do better, Taco Bell.

I usually come to this Taco Bell 3-4 times a month because it was the #1 taco bell in the neighborhood, but today I Just ordered a 12 pack of crispy tacos supreme and it was the biggest disappointment ever. Full of lettuce and tomatoes and maybe a half spoon of beef! Who does that? Come on now, this place is now just as bad as the rest of them in Killeen and HH. They all suck. Will never coming back here again. I will be driving to Temple from now on.

This location has been problematic the last few visits I’ve made. Sadly, it is one of the few places open late night and has been messing up orders in odd ways so PLEASE DOUBKE CHECK YOUR ORDER THE BEST YOU CAN. I will be going to a different location from now on.
Nachos, no tomato, extra everything else and I get a half full nacho platter with not a drop of nacho cheese. Had I not held out all day for dinner and driven across town to get it, I would have thrown it out. Red sauce was added on my own but didnt save the meal.
