Overpriced mid burger. I ordered a double plain Jane which was very undercooked—like almost raw —I ate more of it than I should have because I was hungry, but I regret that. It was also super soggy and served in a metal basket with a thin piece of paper, so the juices leaked all over the table. The sweet potatoes fries were really good and so was the huckleberry shake, but those weren’t enough to save it for me. A mid burger, regular fries, and shake set me back $28 before tip. Way too overpriced for everything.

I LOVE Cubby’s! I have been eating here for 10 years and always loved my food!! The customer service at the American fork location (specifically the drive-thru) is TERRIBLE! Every time I order the staff acts as though I have just ruined their day. Maybe the wild rice and kale salad is just a menace to make, I’m not sure. I have come to this location at least once a month for the last 2 years and only met with one cheerful employee (the 2 stars are dedicated to her ) I noticed because it was so different from the norm! I am no stranger to a drive-thru. The quality of service at the AF cubby’s is noticeably bad. My husband will no longer come with me because the service is so poor. Please teach the staff to smile so that my husband will drive me to Cubby’s again.

I absolutely love coming to Cubby’s in American Fork! I have some diet restrictions, and every single time I’ve visited, the staff has been incredibly kind and accommodating. Sofia and Matti, in particular, have gone above and beyond to make sure my meal is perfect every time. They’re always patient, attentive, and genuinely care about making sure I have a great experience.
The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is consistently outstanding. It’s rare to find a place that not only serves amazing food but also treats you with such respect and friendliness. I always leave feeling well taken care of. I have been to many Cubby’s locations and this staff at this location sets the standard for great customer service!

Food was delicious and the service was top tier! Alex took great care of us he was incredibly helpful. When my son accidentally spilled his water, Alex immediately came over, cleaned it up, and made sure we felt completely comfortable.

I’ve been a fan of Cubby’s for 8+ years, and the AF location is my go-to now since it’s closest to home. Always fresh, delicious, and a clean/light environment! My go-to is Gypsy burger and Rosemary fries, never gets old.

I really love cubby’s and their salads are perfect for lunch. However the service is always soooooo slow. I’ve been coming to the American fork location for years and the drive thru has never improved on their efficiency getting food out. I have had to wait 20min+ with only one car ahead of me :/ love you cubby’s but you definitely can be faster!

We went after a move for dinner and to celebrate a friend’s birthday. As usual the food was good. And the service was excellent. One young lady noting the balloons asked whose birthday it was and offered a Whoopi pie. And got the team together to come over and sing. It went as above and beyond and very lovely
