Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Whataburger is the staple that holds (together) all our pages of life. You can guarantee a delicious meal that will nourish your soul and fill you with the entire food pyramid of sustainment. There is always a line but it moves quickly. Clean soda fountains and restrooms; get extra catchup ; order cheese on your burger; get onion rings and a Dr. Pepper Shake. This is an essential food provider and is protected by customers. You need to drop what you are doing and get off the couch. You can burn 299 calories just picking up this burger. Just because it tastes good doesn’t mean it’s not healthy.

I wanted to try the Buffalo ranch sandwitch that just came out. So I ordered the sandwitch withe fries and I wanted a sweet treat (no drink). There was some disconnect with the employee. I had to space out what I was saying. I d o n’ t w a n t a s h a k e.. etc. So, what do I get?! The saltiest fries ever!
I also requested ketchup, but you know, they never remember; at least at this location. At least they remembered my dessert! Little wins. I will not come back to this location. I have better luck at the dezavala location. Smarter workers and better customer service.

came in just after 11am for a meal with my dad. service was fast and the food was good and our order was correct. bathrooms were clean, and so was the interior. the floor throughout the lobby is slippery, i think because of the material. otherwise a very pleasant experience and i’ll know to come back if im ever in this part of town.

Came by on a Saturday morning the drive through had a line, so I walked in. For this location being open 24 hours a day, the interior was spotless and welcoming. I had a simple order of two jalapeño biscuts with sausage and egg, and as usual, they were delicious. Great Whataburger, good location.

All our food was ice cold, no seasoning. Fries look like shit and you could tell that they’re not even hot.
They just want to try and up sell items, but can’t get the order correct or even serve it hot.
What a disgrace for this place as we always like to eat lunch here. We figured we would try it for dinner. BIG MISTAKE, NEVER AGAIN!

Please tell me what’s wrong with this order. I have utilized this location for years of its convenience to my residence. On regular my orders are never correct and have exhausted my contacting this establishment trying to explain my disappointment with the managers on duty. It’s a waste of time for me to get back in my vehicle and drive back. The drive thru gentleman that attended my order was low energy and lack personality. They received my payment and I received poor, lack of services and incorrect order. By the way I’m allergic to tomatoes and do not like all the onions. Guess, I’ll have to just eat the fries for my lunch.

Order was correct, I have trouble with this at other WAB restaurants.i however did not appreciate them just throwing everything into one brown bag and having it squished and fries everywhere. I took the ketchup out of the fries in the second photo.

In the heart of the working-class neighborhoods; The ppl that keep San Antonio moving, is this great Whataburger.
Consistent, friendly, and never fails to remind me how dedicated one is to the roles and duties to represent the brand.
Syrus, manager, did just that.
Traveling around the globe, mich star restaurant, fine dining… etc. yet the late night drive thru’s hit diffrent when daily life has you cornered…. a friendly, easy going, consistent sounding manager covering a shift on a Monday night reminds you things are worth fighting for.
Totally doing my late night catering order for my wedding from Whataburger thanks to you partner.
And nothing against the youngsters, but I wish Whataburger had better representation at the helm, would gladly pay more for my food if that means more syrus’s would be around.

There are better Whataburgers that are less congested. They serve less fries here even if you Whatasize them …. Just know that before you go threr if you’re hungry…. It’s good …(Need the diet) but bad – I’m still hungry.

So I got the chicken strips kids meal, and they did not give me enough gravy. I had to take some of my brother’s bc his was filled more than mine. Mine was like half full. Anyway, the food tasted really good tho. The looks of my brother’s burger weren’t the best tho
