One car was in the drive through and two tables with no more than 3 people in the nasty restaurant. Stood there like statues waiting for them to take the order. It felt like a life time. Left because the gnarly smell hit hard. Would not recommend going to this Popeyes.

waited 15 minutes before they took our order in the drive thu, they told us to pull up to the door and we waited another 20 minutes for our food while everyone else behind us got their food. My chicken sandwich was super thick and pink in the middle so we took it back in and asked then to remake it and sat there for another 25 minutes, and when the girl asked the cook if it was ready and he said it had been ready. at this point i didnt even want the sandwich and my gfs food was cold from sitting in the car so we asked for a refund and they only gave us a refund for $5 for the sandwich we brought back. We were here for over an hour just to go home with no food and we didnt even get our money back.

I am a local guide do not eat here. The staff doesn’t care the manager doesn’t care. They gave me my drink with no straw. Then I waited 22 minutes and no food. I pulled into parking and went inside. The kid that told me no straws smiled at me smartass as he saw me looking at straws on the counter. I asked no straws? Then I asked for my food sitting on the counter cold that he refused to walk to my car with. Manager was sitting at a table making a schedule or something. I got in my car and pulled out a piece of chicken cold and the fries cold biscuit cold. Chicken gave me the runs the next day it was my only meal food cost you understand so I knew what upset my stomache. Avoid avoid avoid. Save your time for a long wait and the poorest quality food Popeyes can offer. Avoid do not eat here. The worst. I am a local guide. Never again. I tried three times each was a nightmare. They don’t care either.

The best Popeyes in my world anyway. I love Popeyes in general and, for the most part, this one is clean and well managed. It’s fast food so it’s always hard to get a perfect rating, right? Food is always good. It’s mostly clean…. clean enough to eat in. The service could be better, the staff is not overly friendly. I usually leave with a “meh” attitude about the people. But overall it’s usually a good experience.

Simple order, 10 piece white ( 1 breast & 9 wings) with rice, fries & 5 biscuits. Waited 55 minutes!!!! Just to get home & order completely wrong!! I will drive to airport location if I ever want popeye’s chicken again. This location ALWAYS & I mean ALWAYS get my order wrong. I care less about waiting but at least get my order right.

This place is ridiculous. Did a door dash order. They screwed the whole order up. The delivery driver was nice enough to go back and get them to fix it. The manager said he did the order right and remade it and threw it at the delivery driver. This was 12/10/2025 at 3:30 pm. I hope upper management reads this and does something about this.

I will never return to this location again. I just left I spent $66.00 no receipt, not even in the bag. I asked for all dark meat, received a breast. I ordered 4 pies and paid got home only one in the bag. Rice I received with my family order looked half eaten.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon at 1:52PM. There were only two people who had ordered ahead of me. My order was taken and then I proceeded to wait over 30 minutes. By this time, the entire lobby was packed with people. I saw customers who ordered after me getting their food so I asked the cashier jokingly if he’d forgotten about me. He looked me in the eyes and walked away, saying nothing. When he came back, I asked again and all he said was “naw”. Eventually, another employee came and asked for my ticket. I handed it to her and she literally snatched it out of my hand. When she finally got my order ready, she plopped it harshly down on the counter and left without saying a word. Never coming back and I suggested any who read this to stay away.

Literally just waited an hour and 12 minutes to receive an order that I made online ahead of time. There were multiple other customers waiting just as long or even longer.
The issue wasn’t that they were busy. The “manager” up front was doing absolutely nothing to actual manage. She was complaining at the front counter that the employees in the back were playing and talking.
I could not get an immediate refund because it was an app order. I am not exaggerating that we waited over an hour for a 10 piece meal and a 6 piece tender.

The manager moved with no urgency, no apologies for wait times, but instead made sparky comments such as “oh you look mad.” It was unbelievable. Obviously we wont be going back, but if you are reading this review trying to decide on dinner, I suggest you choose another place.

This location has to be among the worst Popeyes in the USA. Chicken was either burned or dried out so bad it looked burned. Anytime I have been to this location they get the order wrong, I always ask for mild and mostly get spicy or a mix of spicy and mild. The young lady at the drive thru could use a lesson in customer service as she is quite rude. In face she will repeat the order total and not say another word I.e. thank you or have a nice day.
