Standard-issue McDonald’s. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Drive-thru was a little slow for how empty it looked. Food was warm, not hot. They got the order right, which puts them ahead of some others.
Interior was clean enough but felt worn out—like they gave up halfway through a remodel. Staff was going through the motions, no real urgency or energy.
If you need a quick bite and don’t expect much, it works. Just don’t expect more.

Food was actually very good. Fries were seasoned well, burger was very enjoyable. So if I had just utilized the drive through, this experience would’ve been much better. However, since I was dining in, I must communicate my disappointments.
Every trash can that I located in an attempt to throw away the garbage was full, the soda counter was smeared with soda, and it took far too long for the food to arrive.
If I had been the manager and I saw a mess like that, there would’ve been some disciplinary action.

Gave me the wrong chicken wrap. The food was all hard like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 30-45min. Absolutely atrocious, don’t waste your money here.

I hate the new impersonal experience at McD’s. Tried to order in the app, which was a disaster because it wouldn’t apply my deal. Finally got the order to go through with table service, but then the “kids” don’t like to bring the order to the table. What? My order sat on counter for 10 minutes because your employees won’t bring it to the table? 30 minutes for a “quick” breakfast stop. I only ordered coffee and a biscuit. The offer of a cookie doesn’t fix it.

I went to this McDonald’s location on the 2/12/22 and they forgot my husband’s oatmeal I called back the same day less than 15 min later after I left there. So I called today and she said they don’t do that.i told the manager that I have the receipt he will go back ..so disappointed and that’s why I don’t eat at McDonald’s because of workers or situations like this!! Forgot to give us 2 large fries that is all my daughter ordered for herself so we call when we get home and they inform us they just closed so their is nothing they can do for us. Not only that the good tasted old I get they were prob in a hurry to leave apparently close at 10 but the way they handled this was not right, they should have taken our number a and had someone call us. Very unhappy!!!!
