Stopped here a few times traveling through. Service, food and cleanliness are all solid – we have never had a an order error (including custom sandwich requests) or waited longer than 10 minutes. The staff bring your food to the table if dining in and are courteous. This location still has a PlayPlace, which is a HUGE PLUS if you have littles. Our toddler always seems to make friends with the other kids playing and the tables nearby allow you to actually eat while they burn off energy. We will happily be back on our next road trip!

I don’t think I have ever been to a McDonald’s that has provided terrible customer service. It took nearly a half hour for me to receive the food for me and my children. I wasn’t acknowledged when I went up to get a status of my food. To make matters worse, the employees were working terribly slow and the kitchen was dirty. I am not sure who was the manager or shift leader, so I couldn’t express my concerns in person. The family bathroom was filthy, and so was the women’s bathroom. The dining area in the kids area was disgusting.

Sometimes it is a hot McChicken and peace is restored. Sometimes it is not. Both outcomes are valid.

Messed up our drive through order. And the McDouble sandwich they gave us looked like someone took a bite out of the patty and wrapped it to give to customers. Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend this location

I ordered online and picked it up. They forgot my large fry with the meal. I went back in and told them nicely that they forgot my large fry. I was met with looks of inconvenience and disgust. No apology nothing. They barely put any fries in the container and shuffled slowly back with no words. NOTHING!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The food quality is typical of McDonald’s, but service is consistently slow at this location, despite the apparent busyness. It seems like the main issue is a long wait time for customers to receive their orders.

It’s your typical McDonald’s but I just wanted to give a shot out to one of the employees Jacob. Jacob went out of his way for to make a good experience for customers. All employees were nice enough but Jacob just has the personality and was running around trying hard and it was noticeable.

This location of McDonald’s it’s truly awful. We used the drive thru. The young man taking orders was kind and did a great job.
The manager seemed very rude.
We were missing some of our order, the breakfast sandwich was soggy with a dark liquid and the hasbrowms were over cooked.
We parked and went back inside to show them the sandwich, and we were met with exasperated sighs, heavy eye rolls and the new sandwich being tossed on the counter, all along with hardly any words spoken by the employee.
Definitely gonna knock this location off of our future routes. Id rather go to taco bell where I know me and my family would be treated better.

McDonald’s in Clifton Park. I wouldn’t stop here again, even if they said they had Free Grinch Socks .. no need to purchase the meal !
It was pouring rain & I decided to eat in .. bzzzz ! WRONG ! Short staffed and a hand written note about it. Use the kiosk. I had cash to use, but after I waited 10 minutes and no one asked me if I needed help, I begrudgingly used the kiosk. It wanted a table #, but didn’t accept the 1 that I tried to use … I got through it. Then in came a lady who wanted a drink with cash and managed to get someone’s attention !
The only good thing was my filet o fish. The fries were nasty & my soda was flat. Do Not take Exit 9W off of I 87 for McDonald’s. You will never want the food again, along with the service.
☆☆ Please note : a very nice, upbeat young gentleman did print a receipt for me, since I somehow missed that option on the kiosk.
& yes .. I want Grinch Socks from my local site, but so Not looking forward to the meal …..

incompetent staff who will make incorrect food while overcharging and not provide a refund or credit for their mistake. called corporate and was told i would have to return to store to deal with more incompetence if i wanted a refund, yet their policy is to not provide refunds once you leave the premises.
