Every dish was cooked well and full of flavor. Delicious cocktails. The atmosphere was relaxed. The music is a bit loud other than that we had a wonderful experience. Make a reservation as it gets extremely busy. We sat at the bar which we love otherwise it was a 40 minute wait for 3.

My wife wanted to try their lobster Mac & cheese and it was actually as described. Just lobster and a smart choice of havarti cheese so the cheese didn’t over power the taste of lobster and she was extremely impressed! She subbed the crinkle cut fries for the standard and loved them! I tried a few myself and yum. I had the Salmon with risotto which was excellently cooked and prepared. Waiter gave excellent service and suggested we sign up for rewards and immediately saved $5. Will make it a point to eat here every time we’re in town!!

A really nice spot, very swanky but also family friendly. We went with our 2 kids and the servers were great, they brought everything we needed to help us out!

The kids meals are a good deal for what you get. I had a steak salad which had very tender and delicious steak and my husband had a bison burger which was very flavorful!

If we lived in the are we would go back, for sure!

Wood-N-Tap is such a wonderful place. The staff is super friendly, the management is spectacular. If there’s an issue, they do everything in their power to correct it. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great! I would totally recommend eating in the restaurant. I’d stay away from DoorDash though! Still 5 Stars to Wood-N-Tap, 1 star to DoorDash!

After a long week, we visited Wooden Tap to enjoy a meal and unwind. Unfortunately, the experience began poorly: food arrived cold, several orders and drinks were forgotten, yet we chose not to complain. We paid our bills in full, left a generous tip, and remained at the table for 15–20 minutes, enjoying conversation.

Shortly afterward, one of our friends received a call from the manager claiming that some members of our group had not paid. This accusation was completely false, insulting, and humiliating especially considering that we are all professionals. The suggestion that we would intentionally avoid paying is outrageous and deeply disrespectful.

We returned immediately with our receipts to prove that we had paid in full and requested to see video footage to clarify the situation. At that point, management’s handling became even more unacceptable. The story kept changing first two people supposedly hadn’t paid, then it was one person did and another didn’t. It was clear that the waitress had mishandled the payments, yet instead of investigating thoroughly, the manager assumed wrongdoing on our part.

Adding insult to injury, the manager dismissively threw a few free appetizer cards on the counter as if that token gesture could compensate for the public embarrassment, humiliation, and stress we endured. We declined them. The disrespect was shocking, and it completely ignored the fact that we were the ones taking steps to clarify the situation responsibly.

What makes this even more concerning is that we were the only minority group in the restaurant at the time, and the entire experience made us feel targeted, judged, and discriminated against. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially professionals who were simply dining responsibly.

Had a pretty poor experience last weekend. We arrived for lunch around 11 and was seated quickly. Waitress took our drink order and came back 10 minutes later with it. We ordered food and waited. After about 30 minutes we ordered another round since no food yet. Another 25-30 after that we finally asked where the food was since we saw large parties sat after us and ordered after us getting their food. We saw the waitress go to the screen and look incredibly frustrated but she didn’t come back. We asked the bartender to just get us the receipt for the drinks as we wanted to go. 15 minutes later the manager came out with food offering another round of drinks or dessert. We declined drinks, but they brought them anyways which was nice but we really didn’t want 3 beverages at 1pm. This is not the first time the service has been extremely delayed for us or I probably wouldn’t leave the review. You could tell they rushed to cook the sandwiches we ordered. Unfortunately, we probably won’t come back to this location but we still frequent the Enfield one.

Horrible…. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but… My chicken sandwich must have spent time in its life in the Sahara Desert… There was 0 moisture, and my leather belt was more tender…

Lets head over to my Wife’s “Frozen” Fish & Chips… One piece was barely edible… the other piece actually smelled Bad and fishy… just a terrible experience… all around.

The waitress was nice but clueless.

Absolutely the best experience ever.
Sat at the bar for lunch the bartender was 12/10 tentative and not pushy, she answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Shout out Nina! The manager came over and made conversation he was kind enough to comp our appetizer when we pointed out the QR code gave us a weird error.
The food was perfect and came out quickly, we will definitely keep coming back!

This is an edit to my previous 5 star review. I can’t believe a new establishment like this, who should build up their favoritism would have such incompetence and inhospitable treatment of their customer. We dined in with our children. Had the best time. Food was delicious. We were running to the Google page to leave a good review.

Unfortunately, I had to change my review because we are incredibly dissatisfied with their customer support.

My wife placed a pick up order through their website but the website didn’t allow to pick a time, but previously we were able to schedule a pick up. My wife immediately called them on the spot, told cancel that order or at least push it (1 hour) to the desired time since we had other plans before picking up an order. We were just not able to pick up the order asap. They said they can’t change the time and the order is being made already. Highly doubtful when my wife called 15 seconds after placing the order. They canceled the order after we kept calling and requesting. We o placed a new order, now with an option to schedule a pick up. They said the refund will be issued in couple days. Week went by, we were still double charged and the refund never came. My wife spend days calling the manager and they gave her more excuses how they don’t even have the order receipt on their end, but we have the email receipt right in front of us. My wife tried contacting the bank and so on. Just after so many weeks, we just stopped bothering and never saw the refund.

They wronged us and never bothered to fix it or even try to get it resolved over the phone. I will not give them business. Shame, because the food and the atmosphere was great.
