Been To This Starbucks Many Times And Never Had A Problem Until Today 01/18/26. I Place An Order @ 6:30pm . Drove To The Drive Thur Like 6:55pm and They Was A Huge Line Wrap Around. I Couldn’t Get Out Because Theirs No Way Out. It’s 7:23pm Finally Got My Items But Food Is Cold. Honestly They Need Something Bigger And More Cheerful People. Honestly I’m Very Disappointed With This Location.

i try to avoid this store often because they are either always out of stock of something or it takes absolutely forever no matter how far in advance you order. i’m currently sitting at the window while one barista refills all the sauces for the day, the other seems to have the headset and running the food portion and entering orders in the system. i sat at the window for 10 min with no one ever opening it to even greet me or even actually acknowledge that myself, or the giant line of cars was behind me. i suggest avoiding this location at all costs because theres never a time where it gotten any better.

I really want to give 5 stars because I truly love the matcha drinks here! But the consistency isn’t always the same. Sometimes the drink comes out a rich dark green, and other times it looks so light—almost like a milkshake . Even when I pay an extra $1 for more matcha, it can still be too light.
I used to come every day, but now I only visit twice a week—on the days when the barista I remember makes it perfectly every single time. Last Tuesday, for example, the drink was absolutely perfect (even without the extra matcha). But today, Saturday, it turned out very light again, even though I added extra matcha.
Whenever I see the same barista who usually makes it too light, I jokingly say, “Oh no, wrong day again!” I really do love this place, but I just wish the drinks could be more consistent no matter who makes them. At least if the color matched the green shown in the app photo, I wouldn’t complain at all!

We waited in the drive thru for 33 minutes, 11:05am-11:38am. Honestly, the wait times are always long like this at this location. So if you are looking to get a quick treat on a lunch break- this is not the coffee place to go to. Today is a Saturday… And honestly the Sunday wait times are even worse than what it was today.

This store makes good drinks! I get the same order the majority of the time, but they have been consistent when I go. I wasn’t able to get to an order after it was made, and a staff member remade my drinks so they were hot, excellent customer service. The only drawback is there’s always a long and slow drive thru line. I think of the shop hired more people to make drinks for online, drive thru, and in person orders, the wait would reduce.

Hadn’t been to a Starbucks in years and decided to give it a try. 30 bucks for 2 sandwiches(with no sides) and 2 small coffees. Sandwiches were definitely microwaved and the coffees were nothing special. I just don’t see the appeal of spending so much on so little. Maybe I will go back in a few more years. And you want a tip for a drive thru??????

Went in to get a mug from NC as I started collecting them. I ordered my usual Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I’ve ordered this drink many times before so I know what it’s supposed to look like and taste like. My first one tasted solely like oatmilk. I made the line again and asked that the brown sugar pumps be added but the barista offered to remake it completely at no charge. I would have been okay with just the pumps but appreciate their willingness to redo it. There were many people there who were on their headphones evidently working on something so the space provides for that comfort to sit and work.

I placed a mobile order and pulled up to the speaker. The worker informed me that I should wait a little bit next time before getting in line since I had just placed the order. I understand the whole drive-thru times system , but wouldn’t ordering at the speaker be the same thing?
When I arrived at the window, the staff seemed annoyed and gave me the cold shoulder. My drink was made incorrectly. I had to return inside to have it remade, but it still wasn’t right. She seemed annoyed once again… and I’m not the type of person to argue with people so I just left it at that.
I am very disappointed because I’ve never had a bad experience in the many years I’ve come to this Starbucks before.

Service is always slow on a average day at this location, but im writing this review today because I walked in there today and they had maybe 3 customers sitting at tables that had already received their orders. Im the only one at counter waiting to place my order. Their two young ladies profiling drive thru orders. One of them after about 3 min waiting at the counter comes to take my order and says its going to be a 30… minute wait!!! because they have 2 people. I went to the next Starbucks, they had 2 people working as well and had me out in 2 min and they were much more busy than this place. This location needs to change.
