I went through the Taco Bell drive-through and got a cantina chicken bowl. It wasn’t cooked properly and I called the workers. The guy was so sweet and offered to remake it. I probably received the best cantina chicken bowl of my life.

I stood at the counter for 18 minutes before a single employee greeted me or even acknowledged me very poor poor customer service and customer satisfaction I will not be returning to the 6th Street Taco Bell in Vincennes Indiana. Their attitudes during my visit to me came off as they would much rather be any other place than where they were right then My overall impression of the service was extremely poor & or neglected customer service and customer satisfaction.

Haven’t been in the area in years. Came out for work and decided to grab a quick bite. Got a few things to try and I regret it. Food tasted horrible, service was low quality, and I ended up getting food poisoning. Do not recommend this one.

If your going to Door dash or Uber eats from here just do your self a favor and don’t. Your drinks will be made instantly and your food whenever they are not doing anything else. All delivery food gets pushed to the back. So enjoy that watered down mountain dew an hour after you expect your food.
If your eating in my best advice is pay attention to your phone constantly. Watch a tiktok or play a game. Don’t look around the store and see the mess and unsanitary conditions for a place that serves food. And please don’t pay attention to the works bad mouthing customers next to the drive thru window. That might hurt your experience

Every time I go to Taco Bell and request multiple tacos with different stuff they don’t and just put stuff we didn’t ask, everytime I said ad tomatoes soft taco and the other is normal no lettuce they put lettuce on them it like they don’t care about the customer service, I also ask for mild sauce and not even had any and the food was cold like it was old ones. Funny how yall can’t make an simple taco but get the nachos grande right but still barely had any meat

Just went through today and got this “chicken casadilla”. As you can see, half of it has absolutely nothing at all on it, the other half has almost nothing on it, and the reason the pizza cutter is in the pic is because I had to cut the whole thing myself. They didn’t even ATTEMPT to cut it. This is infuriating.
