First time trying Sonic just two simple burgers we bought. To be specific we bought the Triple sonic smash. Burgers have a weird look, one of them only has a single smashed meat and 2 very tiny, like literally tiny meat, we notice the difference since the other one was normal. The packages look dirty, dirty like a mad employee step in to it and throw it at the floor lol I will Never buy from sonic again. There are a lot of good options out there. Not giving q second chance

Apparently the employees of this store are too lazy to drop two corndogs in a fryer. My order was extremely simple. Two corndogs, tater tots, and a Dr. Pepper. Apparently thats too much work for them. Whole store needs to be fired and reopened with an entire new crew because this is just pathetic. Ive been waiting for TWO HOURS for corndogs and a refund.

Genuinely at least SOMETHING is wrong any time you order. Last time I ordered the jalepeno poppers, didn’t get them. Decided to come back to GA and try Sonic again, STILL DIDNT GET MY ORDER RIGHT. And then Sonic makes it a hassle to try and get a refund while other restaurant apps make it 10x easier

Burger was cold when I got home. I live 3 min from sonic. Wondering if it was an old burger because the cheese was not even melted. I just hope it doesn’t make me sick, I’m pregnant and that would be very unfortunate. I paid almost 16 bucks too for the meal. I did substitute drink for drink but it shouldn’t have been that high. Usually I get the coney meal which is around the same price as the double cheeseburger and it comes up to almost 12 bucks.

I bought 4 medium blasts. None of them were made with the appropriate amount of toppings. $26 for cups of vanilla ice cream with toppings sprinkled on top. The only way they will issue a refund is if I drive back to the store and return the ice cream. That would be an hour total of driving there and back twice. Ruining my family’s spontaneous late night treat. This is a scam. If you don’t want to issue a refund over the phone or the next day then don’t scam people. They obviously are cheap and greedy. When I order chili cheese anything there is literally a smear of chili and they don’t even serve it with a utensil! Lately they haven’t even been “grilling” the hot dogs. Just a quick steam. So gross.

Ivana the girl with the silver sash birthday girl was walking by and I flagged her down to tell her the app wouldn’t let me check in. She said she would do it. We then sat for 45 minutes as cars came in and left and her constantly walking past my car. Finally my wife called them and we watch someone answer the phone walk up to the computer and take our order in. After 50 minutes she finally came out with our food. Handed me our drinks. Listed off all the food that we ordered and then proceeded to walk away. I said what about our food. She responded by naming all the things we ordered off the top of her head and proceeded to walk away with our food still on her tray. She then stops and looks down and walks back with our food. This place is a joke and Ivanna sadly should not have a job in any fast food restaurant for being 100% clueless about literally everything. Food is absolutely disgusting.

Can’t rate the food but as a delivery driver, I was not treated as a customer should be treated. My order was delayed, I was not notified of a delay, no apologies for the delay and when I questioned the delay, I got attitude from the staff. The morning team seems to have no respect for a driver’s time.

This is one of the slowest fast food places ive ever been to. It took 30
Minutes to get our food in the drive through! I understand being understaffed but if your wait is that long you should tell people before taking payment. It also completely defeats the point of fast food.
