Made an Order for pick up, there were no forks out I asked the cashier who was just standing around she just stood there and asked another guy who was working the register he told her where to get them she continued to stand there, finally I just asked another employee and he got them out immediately. Sure enough once I get home to eat it was hair in my guacamole, I wish I could put the video it was so deep into the container. the atmosphere is terrible worst chipotle ever just dirty and disgusting.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I placed a mobile order during the lunch rush to save time, but when I arrived, my order hadn’t been started and wasn’t queued with other mobile orders.
After waiting, a manager quickly began preparing my bowl. I ordered steak, and I watched as he checked the steak pan, saw there wasn’t enough, was told fresh steak would be ready shortly, then returned and attempted to use what was left at the bottom of the tray. I declined the scrapings of steak and was told the wait for steak would be about 30 minutes, though it ended up being closer to 10–15. When it was ready, my bowl was put together very quickly.
Unfortunately, after eating the meal, I became very ill the following day and experienced symptoms consistent with food poisoning that have continued beyond 24 hours. I eat Chipotle often and have never had an issue like this before, which is why I felt it was important to share.
I’m not writing this out of frustration, but in hopes that this location can review both food handling practices and how mobile orders are managed, so this doesn’t happen to anyone else

Service was terrible. There was a long line and 1 person serving. The other employees were huddled up at the register. The food was not fresh (crusty beans)and it was cold. The server put the smallest portions and rolled his eyes when you asked for a little more. I’m talking a pinch of cheese and lettuce. I also wasn’t even given everything I ordered. They left my chips out of my chips and queso order but charged me for a large. This was just the worst experience ever. Over $50 for me to

Chipotle used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants until they decided put profit ahead of quality and service. They barely put any protein your burrito and if you ask for a little more they want to charge you double! Then charge you and arm and a leg for guacamole that tastes like nothing. It’s ridiculous almost $40 for two people at a fast food place. Plus people working there always look like they are in bad mood.

Did a quick scan upon entering and noticed the food debris in the back counter. Whatever I’m already here. After I order I notice the young lady tapping the dirty counter with her gloves while waiting to full the next order. My tortilla was being made partially off of the foil, touching the counter (ew) and she then did a poor job wrapping. I get home and when I grab my bag I feel that the bottom is wet. Just look at how my burrito was presented!! Be so for real man, WOW!

This place was just plain dirty!! Every customer had to wipe down their own tables just to sit down. Food all over the place, ground tables etc. Management ought to be ashamed of this. Corporate needs to take a look at this because the negative reviews are starting to overtake the good! Music was so loud that employees couldn’t even hear the customers!

By far the worst experience ever. Portions are crazy small, and lobby if disgusting. Forks and napkins everywhere. Everyone is leaning and chit chatting, but no one has the decency to go clean. New management needed. I saw a bunch of people in Polos, but no one had leadership. Clearly they might need extra training. Will not be back.
