Hi Mr. Jerry! Thank you SO much for allowing my family and I access to this restaurant when we ever so stupidly wondered around in the snow storm without realizing everything was closed other than your drive through.
Jerry gave us 10/10 customer service by allowing us to gain access inside so we could come out of the snow to eat something. Not being from the area, we greatly appreciated this generosity and kindness shown by this location and its staff. Food was fantastic as well, even brought something back for our other family members.
Thanks again, Jerry! What a fantastic show of leadership and customer service.

It was very busy, and I accidentally got the wrong happy meal. I called to ask if I could pick up the correct order later, and she offered to bring it to me! Angie hand delivered me my order along with a few goodies. She, and the whole team went above and beyond for a little mix up. Very much appreciate them 🙂

This was the cleanest, most efficient, and friendly McDonald’s that I been to in YEARS! Staff was working together like a team, no one standing around. Even the floor in the back, that I saw from the counter was much cleaner than other McDonald’s.

Systems went down while I was there I understand that but given that they had more time to get my order ready I would expect my chicken to not be a hockey puck or to have straws to drink with or to not have freezing cold fries all around bad experience person in the drive thru pretty much ignored me for 10 minutes when at the spot to place the order then ignored me when going up to pay while the machine went down very unprofessional

Overpriced fast food. Occasionally loud, although that’s usually in the kid’s play room, and when the main section gets too loud it is possible to retreat to the kid’s section. The food is bland and the menu has few healthy options.

Ordered 4 McChicken sandwiches. All 4 were hard and dried out. Got a plain burger for the kiddo, it was in the bag unwrapped and falling apart. Photos attached of that. 1 of the very few times I’ve received the correct order. This location seems to be getting worse each visit. Only stop at this store because it’s closer than goin across town
