I’m not sure what changes you have made at this location but it has been for the better! The food is good, hot and the wait is short! We used to spend 30-45 minutes in the drive thru for our food…, every time. The last 3 visits we have been in and out on on our way. Thank you for the change!

Never coming back. The staff was extremely rude. Me and my buddy went through the drive-thru and forgot to tell them the order at the speaker, so when we got to the window we explained it. The first lady just stared at us and shut the window in our face. About three minutes later, a much nicer employee came and fixed the order for us.
Then the rude lady came back and handed us the wrong food, which we didn’t notice until after we drove off. When she asked if we needed anything else, we said our drinks. She handed them to us, said “hold on,” and slammed the window shut again. Then she opened it back up and said, “I don’t have time for this, you can leave,” before slamming it a second time.

The lady who helped me at the counter was very nice. she gave me an extra second because I told her it was my first time ever visiting one of their restaurants.
I got the chicken fried chicken.
Little did I know how hard this piece of chicken was going to be! I broke the fork just trying to poke through it so I could cut it. The knife was not cutting it because the piece of chicken was so hard so I picked it up with my fingers tried to bite into it.. but it was so hard I I could not bite through it so I ripped it apart with my fingers to get to the middle and try to eat the softer parts of the chicken. Only two bites of actual soft edible pieces of chicken!! So with my broken fork and my bent knife I gave up on the chicken!! But the mashed potatoes were delicious. I was looking for a good restaurant so I can have a place to stop every night on my way home from work.if the chickens this hard all the time I don’t know if my teeth can handle it.

The food here is great. I love it. What I don’t love is getting home with my food just to have to drive right back up here bc they can’t seem to understand a simple order. No special instructions or anything. Pancakes with bacon and 2 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. Simple. But it must’ve been too much bc I get pancake, no bacon and 2 sausage biscuits, no egg, no cheese. Maybe I just don’t understand. Maybe I’m ordering wrong. Maybe I’m speaking a foreign language? It’s just crazy to me how something so simple can be so wrong. Oh and when I try to call, it rings 50× then the answering machine picks up. It’s almost like they know they’re messing up. I just don’t get it. Smfh

Honestly they deserve 0 stars. They obviously don’t know how to blend a milkshake and don’t even fill the cup all the way so you ain’t getting the amount you paid for and out of majority of sauces every time
So this is a different day as a DoorDash picking food up why is the girl (Gracie) in front counter standing there in the runners ways. The runner is trying to bag both sides while front counter line is out the door and Gracie or whatever isn’t taking any of the orders on front counter and just getting in the runners way

I am extremely unimpressed with how Jack’s in Henderson has gone down hill. When I worked there in high school it was THE place to go. I’ve tried going there SEVERAL times in the past few years and always am either missing something or something isn’t cooked all the way. Today it was both. The young girl at the speaker and window didn’t even look at me and maybe said two full sentences to me. I ordered the 15 finger big box with the two boats of fries and 5 biscuits. Attached are pics of the still pink chicken fingers that I had to put in the oven and finish cooking myself. There was zero seasoning on the fries (like always!) and I didn’t get any of the sauce. After she had asked me what sauce I wanted, none of it ended up in the bag. I called the store to let them know these things and when a woman answered she just said “Jack’s” I told her what was going on and she laughed and hung up. To say the least I will not be going back there again.
