Came here with some friends. The food was pretty good, but the AC was leaking, and the service was just okay. When it came time to pay, they brought the machine to the table and gave us the total but didn’t mention that the tip was already included — we only noticed after checking the receipt. That felt a bit slimy. Overall, it’s an okay spot, but they should be upfront about the tip being included.

My girlfriend and I came to eat here, and our experience was terrible. She ordered a plain burger with just cheese and bacon, but the first one came out dripping in sauce. We sent it back, and when the second burger arrived, it still had BBQ sauce on it. When we mentioned it to another server, she tried to tell us it wasn’t BBQ sauce, which was frustrating. Overall, the service was poor, and the food was disappointing. We won’t be coming back.

Reporting one of the staff members on Saturday November 8th around 4:55pm an older gentleman with dark hair was cleaning tables outside and there were ducks walking around the shopping center . He grabbed one of the chairs and hit one of the ducks and then grabbed water from the table and threw the water on them. He has no reason to hit the ducks as they were outside not doing anything and there were no customers around . I took my phone out to record him and he went inside.

First off this is one of a few good places to eat that is open late. I often have difficulty finding a restaurant that is open after 11pm and this restaurant stays open til 1am, 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. This restaurant has a good variety of food. We highly enjoyed their burgers and quesadillas. They added a nice twist of putting chips on a lot of their food which added some texture and a dash of saltiness. They even have multiple unique dipping sauces (pineapple, a pink sauce, and a green sauce) to accommodate the different flavors you might be wanting. All the food items we had were very full of flavor. We especially liked their fries, they were nice and crisp. The staff were always nice. We never had anyone wait on us that spoke full English, however they were very accommodating and did a great job meeting our needs. We were never dissatisfied with their service. Food portions were plentiful and we even had enough food leftover to take home for the next days lunch. The menu was on a QR code on the tables, but they also had extra large printed menus if needed at the register.
