If I’m told that the drink comes without ice and gas before paying I don’t eat here, the staff is too grooky. If they don’t have ice they should at least say it before they pay for a drink. if their soda machine is bad it’s the store’s fault not the customers’ fault.

I came here over the weekend and spent $55, and it was a big disappointment. The chicken was disgusting, and the French fries were way too salty. To make things worse, there were people sleeping in the dining area, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money.

No one will acknowledge you inside. Even though you MUST order at the kiosk they will still get your order wrong. They are always out of something. Something will always be missing. If you Oder a sandwich your sauce will alive mayo even if mayo is not an option on the sandwich.

Upon my last visit I ordered 3pc all breast the female manager took my order and charged me 16.00 which was no problem. I got my order and went home only to find 2 breast and a half of chicken wing the size of my pinky. I went back and spoke with the male manager and he was present when I ordered. He asked the girl what was this and she said she only charged me for 2 breast. Then she started cursing in Spanish and I stoped her on the spot letting her know that I understood everything she was saying. Since then I have not gone back nor do I intend on returning. Service is changed and counter manager female is very nasty. I will not recommend to anyone at all. I’ll continue going to Popeyes

KFC – Central Ave, East Orange needs serious help!
This location has the most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen. Nobody reads the order tickets, nobody pays attention, and it’s like they just don’t care. How do you serve food with no utensils when the ticket literally says “please provide utensils”? You expect people to eat chicken and sides with their hands? That’s ridiculous.
Every single time, something is wrong — missing sauces, wrong items, or half the order forgotten. Then they’ve got the nerve to charge full price! The management clearly doesn’t care, and the staff needs retraining immediately.
Reading is fundamental, and if you can’t even follow basic instructions or make sure customers get what they paid for, you shouldn’t be working in food service. KFC corporate really needs to look into this location because this level of carelessness is beyond unacceptable.

I’ve been here about 5 times in the last year and everytime there’s a issue if it’s not my food taking 30 minutes it’s the refilling drinks that have no ice or they don’t have simple items on the menu? Absolutely horrible restaurant please just go to Popeyes instead of this dump
