I go in and see 3-4 coworkers in a huddle on their phones and talking. All here for having a good time at work when it’s slow. However, the lobby was dirty and needed a good cleaning. When I got back to work with my first meal of the day I was slightly disappointed. It’s on me for getting guacamole so late so ofc it’ll be brown. I’m mostly just disappointed on chipotles serving sizes. Barely any beat or beans were added. I’m lucky I asked for extra lettuce and sour cream though. Noted, if I eat chipotle again. GET EXTRA EVERYTHING. I should stop tipping online orders lol.

there used to be a time where the food here was actually edible. i got a chicken bowl with white rice and a few toppings. the rice wasn’t done all the way. the chicken was hard & dry. and sadly this isn’t the first time the food quality here has been absolute trash. the other locations don’t seem to have a quality issue like this location does. i definitely will not be coming back to this location to eat.

I took my grandson to chipotle and enjoyed a very good burrito. Both of us had the same thing. The food is very good, but the service is less desirable not very friendly and the atmosphere. The tables are very dirty and the floor was dirty also

I don’t like to do one star reviews but this location is always messy, never friendly, and messes up frequently, with mobile orders being misplaced multiple times resulting in an extra 20 minute wait. Workers never listen to requests for light amount of items. My burrito was extremely messy and wrapped with no care resulting in it leaking all over the bag, and my car.

I went to Chipotle today (1/28) around 5:00 PM. There were four employees working at the time. One employee was very kind, and another was preparing the meat. However, the two employees who served me and rang me up were rude.
After getting my drink, I went back to the counter to ask for a fork since there were none available. They looked at me as if I had done something wrong and began laughing. Other customers in line appeared shocked, as there was nothing funny about my request.
I have been coming to this location for years, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

Updated Review- I went back to the store, didnt contact the team, i didnt see sorry. The staff whom i had the events with havent been on sight. The portions have been somewhat agreeable. I hope they arent stingy with the portions again and maybe improve a lil on service, No more complaints.
I love Chipotle, but avoid the St. Cloud location near the university. This isn’t a onetime thing it’s a recurring experience. I used to be a regular here, and the service has consistently been bad and unfriendly.
Portions are terrible. You’re paying full price for what feels like a kids’ meal. Asking for extra rice feels awkward because they give it like they’re counting grains, and protein portions are treated like gold. The value is just not there.
One visit really stood out. A shift lead or person in charge was more focused on flirting with a woman in line laughing, chatting, and clearly giving her extra portions while I was the very next customer and got rushed, cold service, and noticeably smaller portions. I don’t care if someone gets extra food, but when service and portions change based on who you are, that’s outrageous.
Another incident sealed it for me. I was already late for work, waited patiently while the place was busy, and let them ring up customers ahead of me. When it was my turn to pay, the cashier ignored me and kept making other orders. I understood it was busy, so I stayed calm. I politely asked another employee who was literally doing nothing if he could take my payment so I could leave. I even told him I was late for work. He looked me straight in the eyes and said “NO” in front of everyone. No explanation. No apology. Just no.
Between the disrespectful staff, unfair treatment, and consistently bad portions, this location is outrageous. Do yourself a favor and go to another Chipotle in town.

They don’t greet you, they give you half the food you’d normally get. They do the bare minimum.
I asked for double chicken and they gave me one scoop of chicken. I told them that that wasn’t double chicken and they ignored it. So I paid for double chicken when it wasn’t. I never leave reviews but the customer service was terrible, and the food proportions were even worse. I got a tiny bowl and overpaid. The chipotle across from the mall is 150% better. Go there.

Charging for extra rice now. Same order each time. Chipotle almost daily regular. Various locations but stopped at this one. Today was charged for extra rice. It’s a measly charge but it would be fair to be transparent that it’s more before waiting until checking out. Waited a good while to be noticed I was in line, no one else. Not super impressed at all.

Employees here are often rude and will not allow you to ask for “extra” servings of even the most mundane ingredients, extra rice is a $1.75 up charge. Employees are often rude about any request you may have and only a few employees are friendly and represent the company well. If you have the time to go to the chipotle in Sartell as it is far superior to this location.
