I went through the drive thru. I was told it would be a wait for fresh fries, good. I pull up and wait. A few minutes later they brought my food. So the burger was what I was waiting for they lied to me for some reason. How do I know this? They smashed the burger so thin, making it cook faster, I had to pass through the 4th dimension to understand what I was looking at. They turned the burger into jerky. Mr. Thomas is rolling in his grave. The fries were a mix of fresh and recooked old fries. The fry thing really sucks too not just because of the current marketing but because I wasn’t even going to get a large fry but the guy up sold me and just handed me a $14.00 bag of garbage instead of food.

Very disappointed with my visit to Wendy’s. They messed up our whole order. I had to ask 5 different workers to get BBQ sauce for our nuggets. We ordered large Frosties; they were both filled about 1½ inches from the top of the cup and had lots of air throughout the cup. One of my guests mentioned this to the worker and he shrugged her off.
I used to enjoy Wendy’s, but it will be a while before I give that a try again and not this store in Mankato, MN.
The other issue is the sidewalk and curb at the main entrance are not very forgiving to people with a cane, walker, or wheelchair.

Just found a rat turd when I unwrapped my burger. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for my food. Ended up driving back around because my fries were cold. They gave me fresh ones. Then I get home to this. I tried calling the store number listed twice and got no answer. I got a message stating that a voice-mail has not been set up. If I could give a negative number for my review I would! This is the last time I will ever go there again. I would like a refund of my $27.20 order please. I will also be calling the health department tomorrow!

The line was long so you’d think the fries would be fresh. They were barely warm, unsalted and the gruff order taker didn’t ask about ketchup. At least the burger was good, but disappointing experience.

Some of the worst customer service we’ve ever received. The order taker was completely incompetent and got half our order incorrect, ringing up single sandwiches as meals and doesn’t understand the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger, nor how to properly give us all the food that she did charge us extra for that we didn’t want. I used to love eating at Wendy’s, but will never be going to the Wendy’s located in Mankato ever again.

Im biased because I love Wendy’s. People there were pretty good although it seemed when I asked to make it my way confusion ensued. Overall will be back.

I ordered food was very specific in my order two chicken biscuit breakfast meals add cheese was given two croissants with bacon called immediately after getting home I’m allergic to pork I threw the orders away after taking pictures and was told I’d have a credit for 17.50 went today was told I had to pay for my drink and fries 10.12 after breaking down date time and price of meals. So basically no credit was giving I paid 27.62 for two breakfast sandwiches. Ask for corp number the manager gave me a number with the name Veronica on it. No answer nor it a professional voicemail.
