We walked into lots of orders sitting on the counter. Our order was taken fairly quickly, but then we waited and waited. We just wanted a quick snack. After 10 minutes a group of kids came i who took their bags off the counter. A few ordered. We noticed a few other people who were in the store were complaining about getting their orders. After about 25 minutes my husband went to see again if ours was ready. He got it and it was stone cold. We didn’t have time to speak to someone, as we had an event to go to. It would have been nice for your employees to tell us up front that there was going to be such a long wait. Then to wait that long, only to be handed cold food, was disappointing When we visit Carlsbad again, I’m afraid we won’t be stopping by here again.

The counter person was waiting for her register to be activated. She apologized several times before she was able to take order. The English muffin was VERY crisp on the bottom, the top was nice and soft. The food had good flavor and was hot. The server was very polite and greeted us as we came into the lobby.

I love Wendys! This store has horrible service. I made an UberEats order. They delivered all my sides amd my drink but completely left my burgers out. I called expecting to at least get an apology but no such luck. I was told to make a complaint through Uber so that someone could come back for the burgers. Unbelievable.

I absolutely love Wendy’s My favorite place to have lunch and dinner I absolutely love the caramel Frosty, as well as strawberry. My favorite meal is the chicken wrap, and chili. Atmosphere is always great here. If they get something wrong they fix it the best way they can. They also have $3 tags for a free Jr Frosty Everytime you buy at least 1 thing these tags last a year just ask the cashier, they are definitely worth $3.Love eating here.
