I love Arby’s for the Chicken sandwiches and the Mozzarella Sticks. This evening I went to Arby’s and ordered myself a Chicken sandwiches and Mozzarella Stick. The staff was very kind and let me know that they just put some fresh ones in the fryer and that it would be a few minutes. I happily waited as the mozzarella sticks are like ambrosia from the gods to me. After a what felt like an eternity (it was only a few minutes, but I was jonesing for those sweet sweet mozzarella sticks) the nice man told me that it was ready and handed me the bag. I drive home happily while munching on the curly fries and singing Taylor Swift. But when I arrived home and opened my bag I discovered that my worst fear had occurred… no Mozzarella Sticks! Now I’m cursing myself for not checking the bag before pulling away. I’m not mad at the staff, everyone makes mistakes. But now I’m sad, and felt that writing some prose about it would make me feel better. Suffice it to say I have learned my lesson. I will return again for those beautiful goey golden sticks of cheese. But next time I will check the bag before leaving. Fool me once and all that.

Don’t get me wrong I love Arby’s but my experience tonight I don’t think I’ll eat there again. I ordered two large meals got up to the window and paid. I had just gotten off work it was after 9pm I hadn’t eaten all day I was hungry. First we got our Large drinks then she asked me to pull forward so I did. We didn’t wait long but I checked the bag just in case. The only thing correct was the sandwich. Small fries and potato cakes no dipping sauce for the tenders. Was I angry no. I went back in the woman at the counter was rude and making unnecessary comments. Pissed off like I came in and unloaded on her. The only reason why I go to Arby’s is for the Bronco berry sauce. Can’t get enough of that stuff. So what did my efforts get for all this drama you may ask. I received one hot sandwich, a large fry two large drinks, cold chicken tenders and cold slimmy potato cakes. Not worth the effort maybe ebay will have my beloved Bronco berry sauce.

This is just your typical Arby’s. If I am giving it 2 stars means it was not a normal experience. This isn’t a 5 Star establishment but doesn’t make this a bad place. But with saying that I also received a terrible order today. 1. the food wasn’t hot and that could be a direct cause from my 2nd reason I gotta complain. While I was looking through the food to see if everything was in there the boneless wings sauce was so OVER FILLED with sauce it leaked all over on my passenger seat. Video included showing how much sauce was still in the box even after a bunch was on my seat. Not kidding it was a lot. I spent so much time cleaning up my seat, all the other food got cold. By the time I got it all cleaned I didn’t wanna go in and complain or make a scene so I just began eating my food but then I opened up my beef and cheddar and it had a slice of beef on top of the bun which I thought was strange but under the beef it revealed a ripped apart bun on top. Which tells me they knew and they could have corrected the mistake. I know not all customers are pleasant or patient but I would have been fine waiting a couple extra mins to have my food made the right way.

Carol was very polite and helpful. She had a positive attitude and welcomed me as I came in.

I tried the new hush puppy fish sticks, I’m not sure why they don’t taste like hush puppies or maybe that’s just a gimmick Arby’s is thinking up. Some of the staff was very helpful, other staff members were not so helpful. The manager is so full of himself based on his name that he thinks he’s something more than he’s not. The floor was sticky, some of the tables needed to be cleared, and the floor in the dining area really needs to be mopped as well. Overall the food was edible, but I can’t guarantee I’ll ever stop at this Arby’s again when I’m in Jackson.

I ordered through the app. All worked well there. I had to park and go inside the lobby to get my meal. Once inside my meal (M curly fries, 2 cheese cups and mac and cheese), it took about 30 minutes – maybe longer to actually get it. They did upsize my fries because of the long wait. I appreciate that. The Mac and cheese came out of the microwave. I watched them shake the container, saying it was SO hot. See pics. I left ate my fries and cheese and went to try the Mac and cheese, and there’s no silverware .

If the average cost of a meal is more than what you pay your workers hourly, then there’s no reason you should be this short staffed. Took 20 minutes in the drivethrough (wasting 60% of my work break) just to get a basic order

I ordered at the drive thru. Idk if I’m just having a good night or the food really is this good. The jomacha shake is smooth and thick, chocolate with a hint of coffee. I ordered the Mac cheese bites. Hot, fresh, crunchy, delicious! The manager there was nice as well as the drive thru worker. The chicken chipotle wrap is spicy probably will order the regular wrap next time the signature curly fries are always good.
5 star!! Will be ordering there again. Especially for another jomacha shake.

Ordered a beef n cheddar & curly fries. The food was lukewarm. The fries were stale had no taste & were not hot..room temperature at best.Took 1 bite and spit it out. The beef n cheddar was nasty as well. Tasted old stale, warm with a drop of cheese. I had to drench it in sauce so it would be edible . I took 2 bites and it was still gross . Sandwich was lukewarm I had to put it in microwave when I got home which is only 5 minutes away. Just a waste of money. Very gross.
