Service was quick and friendly. They have plenty of gluten-free options. My husband’s gluten-free meal was delicious! My French toast wasn’t my favorite, but everything else was solid. Overall, a great place for breakfast with something for everyone.

We called in advance about our large group (25 people) and requested the discount two weeks ahead of time. We followed what the sign said—that if we arrived before 8:30, we would receive the discount. We got there at 8:15, and they denied it. Also, nowhere on the digital sign did it say you needed to call in advance. It honestly feels like a scam. Please do better.

The service was also not great. We understand that we had a large group, but again, we called two weeks ahead to confirm that it would be okay. When we arrived, they did not seem prepared and did not seem pleased that we were there. We know big groups can be difficult to manage, but the poor service, short tempers, constant mix-ups, and forgotten items were unacceptable.

My favorite breakfast place in Indianapolis. Nici was so friendly and accommodating, a joy to get to know. Portions are huge and pricing is very reasonable. I had the bacon 4 egg omelette which had a ton of crispy bacon inside. Fresh fruit was an upcharge, but worth. The bread was artisan and not just commercial loaf sliced bread. Lastly, music was playing at a good volume so you could still talk and loved that it was a selection of 80s and 90s songs.

Was there for an early morning meeting. Their freshly-squeezed orange juice is a must-try and should be better promoted by staff! Felt like server was rushing me to finish my food even though restaurant was not full. The chef with all the tats/piercings made me feel more welcome than my server did.

The potato head casserole is my comfort meal and it is always cooked to perfection. Service is always quick, polite and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience with Wild Egg!

I was part of a group of 25, and I was the last one to get my food. I didn’t even get to finish it because everyone at my table was already done eating and ready to leave. It was awkward because only half of our table had their food, so we were just watching the person in front of us finish theirs before we even got ours.

If the servers had been nicer to us, we would have been more understanding. But every time we reminded our waitress about a missing item, she would snap at us or respond with an unpleasant attitude.

The food itself seemed okay—I just wish I had actually gotten the time to enjoy it. Our group did our best to notify the restaurant two weeks in advance and had also inquired about the discount we were told we would receive but never did. That was the only reason we chose to come to this restaurant.

Please do better.

Wonderful. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. Anybody who wants to come here would enjoy the experience I believe as at first we were only a few people here then it started getting really busy and the staff made sure they acknowledged everyone in a friendly and cheerful manner and the food was very delicious with nice sized portions. I have dietary restrictions so they put my butter on the side since I am watching cholesterol and I was able to substitute egg whites for eggs. So awesome to come to a place that offers little extra specials for those of us that need it. A+ Wild Eggs. We wish you much continued success with your business and a huge thank you to all your staff. Happy Thanksgiving and thank you for making the start to our day award winning.

Edit upon request:

I was in the same large group as Juan, Conrad, and Kylie. You keep saying the discount is upon request and not automatic, but we did request the discount and the waitress kept claiming it was only if you arrived before 8am, so we did not qualify. We even showed her their own poster which clearly stated 8:30, and she still kept arguing with us and denied it. To be clear, she was not denying we arrived before 8:30, and we arrived at 8:15. Rather, she was denying that the discount was for before 8:30, claiming it was only if you got there before 8. Again, this is despite showing her the restaurants own website which said 8:30. The only reason we chose this restaurant was for this discount, as we are a school program traveling on a budget. Ultimately, we got scammed. Everything else they said in their reviews was correct, as well.

This was our first breakfast stop in Indianapolis for a weekend trip. The place was very clean, spacious and had a great variety on the menu. While the food did take a while to come out, it tasted amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious. The French toast and cinnamon roll was specifically the best thing we tried. We loved the place, the staff were extremely nice and took care of all of our needs. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Indianapolis.
