My recent visit to Tepatitlan Mexican Grill was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, filled with lively music and the delicious aroma of authentic Mexican cuisine. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, contributing to a very comfortable and enjoyable dining environment.
I decided to try their famous carne asada, and it was truly outstanding – perfectly grilled, incredibly tender, and bursting with rich, savory flavors. It came with a generous side of fluffy Mexican rice and perfectly seasoned refried beans, making for a wonderfully satisfying meal. The fresh guacamole was a highlight, creamy and flavorful, clearly made with ripe avocados. And, of course, the warm, crispy tortilla chips were a perfect accompaniment.
The portion sizes were incredibly generous, offering great value and ensuring there was plenty to enjoy. What truly made the evening memorable was the exceptional service. Our server was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Tepatitlan Mexican Grill delivers top-notch food and service that genuinely makes you want to return. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of their delicious offerings and soak in the wonderful ambiance!

My review is for the location on the north side. I accidentally wandered into this restaurant when I was craving chicken enchiladas. Everything went well. The food was delicious. And they bring you fresh made chips and dip. I’ve been to sister locations for this restaurant since then. Highly recommended. Fun, festive food.

They are not open until 1am on weekdays!!! Only Friday and Saturday.
I’ve been a few times and it always takes a long time for a server to reach our table. Once we are able to order the food does come out in a timely manner.
I asked for a margarita on the rocks and was given a slushy, when I asked for it to be corrected they just added ice to the slushy. I previously had gotten a mango margarita on the rocks (which was correct), that I do suggest.
Overall the food is decent. If you get a large margarita it is the price of two small ones. Their corn tortillas are a bit thicker than I had expected.

Arriving to Texas, I thought of trying some Mexican food. This place didn’t disappoint at all. Very tasty dish full of flavor and a very big portion, and the price…. Couldn’t be more reasonable. It really is totally satisfying. Highly recommended.

What can I say about this place? Well, this place is so ghetto , the music is too loud, the restroom are horrendous, and the waitresses give an attitude when you ask them how long might the food take. Our waitress had an attitude with my husband about how long the food takes to bring out. She told him “How long does it take you to cook it?” I was surprised my husband held his composure. The picture of the lady “if you can call her that” is dressed in black. She was rude to my husband and yet he tipped her to show he is a gentleman. This place is gross and the food wasn’t good. The only thing good there was the singers.

I was looking for places to go and get something to eat that were open past 9:30pm on Wednesday night. I was driving and could not research places at the same time. My friend found this place on his phone. I knew of this place and have passed it frequently. We got there and I looked at the menu. I decided to get the fried Snapper with Rice , Salad, and Fries. I told them no fries and double salad. We waited and I received the food and checked the bag. There was no double salad. I didn’t say anything, I just left. When I made it to my destination and settled in, I was ready to eat because I was hungry and hadn’t eaten all day. The Snapper was fried too hard and it was very dry. I was very disappointed. The Rice was ok and the salad consisted of Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado, and Onion. I do not eat raw onions so I removed them. I would go back, I just wouldn’t get the Fried Snapper again.

This is my kind of atmosphere! I see a lot of people saying the music is too loud here, well this is a Cantina!! Lol it’s supposed to have loud music it’s live karaoke Anyways the food we ordered was good. I loved my grilled shrimp. My husband ordered the carnitas and the salsas were good and fresh as well.
