Every Sunday morning, my wife and I have breakfast at this Panera Bread, always sitting at the same table and ordering the same menu. This has been our routine for three years. However, two weeks ago, the salad, which is usually very fresh, seemed a little less fresh than usual. I mentioned this to the manager (Rita), and a short time later, she personally brought a freshly made salad to our table and politely apologized. But the truly amazing thing happened last week. We were having breakfast with the same menu again, when Manager Rita came to our table and asked if we were satisfied with the salad today. Considering the countless customers who visit this restaurant every day, it was truly surprising that she remembered us from a brief encounter a week earlier and came to our table to greet us. The reason we’ve been coming here every week for over three years is the healthy food made with fresh ingredients and the comfortable atmosphere, but Rita’s kind manners and service are something you wouldn’t even experience at the finest restaurants. Rita! You are the best manager! I would also like to thank Maites, who prepares our food with such care every week. She consistently prepares our orders exactly to our liking for over three years. Clean, neat, fast, and always accommodating to our requests, Maites is truly the best chef. We always look for Panera Bread wherever we go, but this Panera Bread in the Bay Terrace Shopping Mall is the best Panera Bread. Merry Christmas!

Last night I ate here at this Panera Bread and had the best food and service adding to my spectacular time there.
I even did a Yelp review mentioning Manager Carter who was Awesome.
Fast forward to breakfast and my delicious egg and avocado meal which is Always delicious and Katelyn being super as my cashier, the only drawback this morning was the manager Gabby who doesn’t seem to be a people person.
She just goes about her business trying not to make eye contact with her customers.
Thank Goodness for Katelyn who managed to make my time here bearable.

I placed an order as usual, never ran into any problems before but for some reason today was off. My order came missing a meal, and when I tried to rectify it, I was told that the item I order was not there anymore. So I tried to get back my money for the item, and I was told only the manager had to reimburse me. In the meantime my food was getting cold while waiting on the manager to reimburse me. By the time I got to my food it was cold. I did not get to enjoy my food because it was cold. This was very bad service. However the new spicy steak asiago sandwich was good even though it had gotten cold. I will try it again should be better warm.

Good food, but it took half an hour for my boyfriend’s toasted bagel and cup and nearly twenty minutes for my soup and cup. Boyfriend confronted a worker asking about the status of his order (the machine said his order was ready) and apparently they forgot about it and he watched as the worker made his order within thirty seconds. We got it for takeout to catch the train but it took so long we missed the train and ended up just dining in.

Used to come a lot, but they haven’t really lived to up to my expectations recently. The portions have gotten smaller while the prices have gone up. Bread and soup here are still great, but you don’t really feel the value for money anymore. Panera used to be one of those places you could come in for a meal and not break the bank; but nowadays it does seem to put quite a dent in your wallet. I only come for their sourdough bread bowl soups and for nostalgia’s sake.

Order rapid orders very often 30 mins in advance because I know they suck. Guess what it’s even worse than I thought because it’s still not ready. Ask the Filipino girl in the front, she acknowledges that we’ve been waiting for a while and no one can still help us. Great service

We’re a whole bunch of nurses that order food they gave us the wrong order. We tried to return the food and the manager was very mean and said just because we’re returning to untouched food doesn’t mean she’ll replace it for what we ordered and she wouldn’t do it we’re a big number of nurses we work hard we need our food the fact that she was so rude now we’re all gonna get together and show how rude and horrible this restaurant is being run. We didn’t get what we were paid for. We are wanting our food. We’re returning untouched food that is an iris not our fault you gave us the wrong order now you’re gonna have one star review Across the board realize how many nurses come to this restaurant person so if you’re not taking care of us now from this bad experience, there’s 20 of us that ordered food from here all 20 had a bad experience and each one of them is going to say they’re negative experience from your staff to the orders being wrong don’t come here especially if you’re an Nurse

Talk to a woman named Gloria and the manager that whoever is on today. October 29th, we are a bunch of nurses that puts in a order. The guy picked it up and it’s not our right order. Nothing we ordered properly. We told the manager we still have all the food untouched. It’s not our order, but because she doesn’t have a right order number or the right name on it. She can’t do anything with it even though we’re giving her the food back and it’s not what we ordered. This is the worst Panera Bread. I’ve ever heard in my life. She can’t replace something that they messed up. Beware, do not go to this Panera Bread are co-worker is Hispanic. And he said, when he picked up the food, it took a really long time, and they wasn’t nice.It’s like they’re being bothered, making food.No, wonder the order was wrong.This is a big company.You would think, when you’re spending your money, michael archoworker said they act as if they’re doing us a favor cuz they’re making our food and handing it to us very rude.I’m a nurse.I’m very busy.I don’t have time to stay on the phone for a very long time.It was a simple problem.Here’s your bag of food.This isn’t what we ordered.Please give us our order.They don’t want to do it.They don’t want to admit that they did wrong

Some of the people that work here are nice and considerate, certain managers are afraid of helping a customer make things right. They are afraid of their own shadow or losing favor with corporate. Instead you must at all times call corporate in Boston to get any consideration. That for me is way wrong, I understand they don’t own the business, but they must do everything in the power to correct something when it’s wrong, not hear call corporate if you don’t like it..their way or the highway.

If i can rate it 0 stars i would. My experience was horrible!! smoothie, let me tell you the cashier was rude seemed lost and kept telling me no strawberry banana when clearly it was on the menu then wait time for smoothie was 11 mins when it wasn’t busy and they had plenty of staff. I tried my smoothie not blended well. Been to panera many times always leave happy but this time left upset! Plus bathrooms were dirty and so was dinning room !! Disgusting tbh management needs to get it together and guide staff to clean. !
