I’ve never had to make a bad food review before but here I am when people don’t follow simple requests…
Through the Drive Thru I ordered a Double hamburger for my mom and I said “Can I have it with no onions and no pickles, please.” , low and behold not only was there onions still on the patty but it looks like they realized they messed up and instead of starting over with another hamburger they tried to scrape off the onions….. What if my mom was allergic to onions??? These food prep clerks have no respect or sympathy for people with food allergies if they knew they accidentally put onions on it and tried to scrape off the onions instead of starting over with a new hamburger… They’re going to get someone sick one day..
I gave my mom my Happy meal (I just wanted the toy anyways) and I attempted to eat the sandwich, I couldn’t even eat all of it, there was no flavor to it, a half-ass dab of ketchup and a half-ass dab of mustard..

Short manager with big glasses that look like Stewie was completely rude and condescending. All the employees are high and clueless. Only good person was the guy taking orders the girls in the window have no clue what they’re doing, I wish McDonald’s would go back to corporate. These franchises are the reason everyone loves chik fil A. Quality sucks, employees suck just everything blows. Also, pay attention to your receipt cause they will try to charge you for stuff you didn’t buy

I’ve been through the drive through twice in early mornings. Convenient reasonable breakfast. But I want to gush about the drive thru attendants. Both times were on early mornings on some of the crappiest days of my life. The first time a hispanic lady chatted with me while I was paying, and ended with a “Have a blessed day, mami!” And it made it so much better.
Today was a black lady with the biggest smile. She likes to read and watch tv on the couch when it rains like this. I said that was really cozy. And she winked, blew me a kiss, and said “I love you, baby. Take care.” I had to pull a few feet ahead to get out of sight so she wouldn’t see me cry. Strangers being nice to me on a day like this…I guess I know where to come when I have a shitty day ahead of me and need a precious affirmation along with my Mc Griddle. <3

I came here with my family late night and was greeted by a young tired female worker. That should’ve been a red flag. Why? Well that girl should know her schedule and be prepared to work.
Tried to order meals for my whole family but she said that they don’t have fries ready, since they were cleaning the fryer at 2:30am. So I got only sandwiches for the family at this location. Never again I’ll be coming back this location at night!

These younger employees at this location have to pay attention to details. I get it… It’s fast food, but they can have a little care when preparing the food. With all this technology, it makes you wonder sometimes how these simple orders go wrong. It’s also crazy because I order with the McD’s app, so you can’t screw up what you’re reading.
