If you go to this location, be sure to not do curbside… Takes anywhere from 15-30 minutes for them to bring your food out to you but most of the times you end up having to go inside to get your own food as they never bring it out. Ordered two daily double meals tonight and they only put 1 patty and a very small amount of limp lettuce. Was missing cheese, another patty, tomatos, mayo and onions…. Fries are never fried enough either. limp and white….

Sat in the curbside area for a half hour before deciding to get my child out of the car seat and go inside to see what was going on. 5 car side orders were just sitting there and the employee stated that it was just him working and it would still be a few minutes before he could get it out but I was welcome to grab it. I took the order meant for my car spot. The food was cold, missing all the drinks in the order, and had an additional order of nuggets from someone elses order in it. If the staff cant handle mobile orders there needs to be a way for them to disable this function so that this doesn’t continue to occur

The British lady makes my nuggies and fries sound so fancy. McDonald’s has stepped their hospitality game back up. All drive tru workers have been nice. There is a real difference going on in Southport. Good job y’all.

I fortunately and unfortunately frequent McDonald’s but this location by far is the worst. The store and building is new and clean but it’s the staff and food here that unusually bad. I live2 minutes from this store and it’s my last resort for food options. The food sits under the heat laps and is dried out constantly but tonight’s issue was a mobile order was wrong, I asked them to add the missing items and the gave me crap for it. And then the manager got pissy because I had to go for a third round through the drive thru because it was still wrong. Avoid this location and these “people” at this location.

I’ve been to this location a few times over the last year. Today, service was a bit slow but the Big Mac meal was perfect. Hot and perfectly salted fries, the Big Mac was assembled beautifully and tasted great. They had some 70s sounding muzak music playing. On top of that it was a rainy day and I felt like I was back in 1978 with my grandma.

I had a terrible experience at the drive thru. I placed my order and the woman taking orders was making it harder than it should be by asking you to repeat the order over and over . She finally got it after I had repeated it 4 different times.When I got around to the window all she could do was talk about she needed her chapstick and she had left it in her car.When I got home my order was incorrect . I had ask for no onions 4 different times and she still didn’t get it right. I tried to call back up to McDonalds to speak to manager and after 30 minutes of trying I gave up.This is the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to . When you go into the drive thru ,save time and just tell them to throw what they want you to have in a bag cause they can NOT get an order right!

This location has gotten very run down and sketchy. The workers are always hollering and yelling (not always in anger, just extremely unprofessional, loud, and annoying). When we went for what will be our last time, a homeless person had set up camp inside and was sleeping across the benches of a few different tables. It’s just not really the place you would want to take a family I guess? Very uncomfortable and weird.

It was late so the drive thru line was long, but it moved very quickly.
We saw they had buy one get the next for one dollar and tried that option. We ordered the McDouble, McChicken and fries.
The McChicken was freshly cooked, however the flavor was absent. The McDouble was tasty and the fries were nice and hot.
Curbside pickup is available, plenty of parking spaces are available, however I’m not sure if the dining room is open for customers.
Also the lady at the speaker was friendly and patient with us as we figured out our order and the man at the window was friendly as well and told us to have a good night. Which is always a plus. I would highly suggest to employees when a customer says “thank you” that you respond with “you’re welcome”

Probably the worst McDonald’s out there. I went there with my family after a very long day at the beach. Workers were rude, food messed up twice, and others screaming at them. Horrible. Do not recommend.
