I’m not usually a big fan of Olive Garden, but since I received a gift card, I decided to stop by for lunch and I’m glad I did. I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana, and it was surprisingly good and perfectly crispy. I also placed a to-go order for my husband, and everything was neatly and carefully packaged. The service was absolutely amazing and really stood out during our visit. This was my first time eating at this location, and based on the food and excellent service, I will definitely be back.

This Olive Garden on Transmountain was great. The service by Jordan was great. She filled our drinks up without waiting for us to ask and was just was a great waiter. The food was delicious we had soup and salad and also eggplant plate. Everything was so tasty. The only downside was our food came before our appetizers. But everything else was wonderful. Thanks!

We get sat at a table with no silverware, it took the server 20 mins to greet us. We ordered 3 waters and an appetizer of calamari, as well as our entrees and we all got the soup with our meals. Another 20 mins go by and we still don’t have anything on the table, no water, no breadsticks, no soup, no silverware. The server finally comes by and says she is waiting for them to make more toscana soup. Like ok that’s fine but can we have the 3 waters we ordered and maybe some breadsticks in the meantime???? Another 15 mins go by and she finally brings us 3 waters, breadsticks and the 3 soups. Still no silverware. Which we told her we didn’t have and she said she’d be right back with some for us. This is the last time she came to our table btw. We drank the soups since we had no silverware and then someone else brought the calamari. We asked that person for some silverware as well, still didn’t get it. Also they didn’t pre buss the table at all so we have 3 empty soup bowls and the calamari all on the table and 3 empty water glasses as well. The entrees came out about 1 min after the calamari that we didn’t even get to enjoy, we still have no silverware. I asked the person who brought the entrees if we can have some silverware to eat our meals and he said yes and then never came back with any. I ended up getting up going to the front and getting it myself. The food wasn’t even good and we all had nothing to drink while trying to eat. The whole time this is going on I see our server checking on the tables around us and completely and deliberately ignoring us. I looked her in her eyes to get her attention to signal her over so we can have refills and to order a dessert. She looked me in the eyes and nervously looked away and kept attending the other tables and ignoring us. We finally see a manager walking by and asked him for the things that we needed since she clearly wasn’t going to help us out. We got out dessert and never got the boxes that we asked for, at that point I didn’t feel like waiting another 20 mins for a damn box so I just paid on the ziosk and left my food there that I paid for and didn’t get to eat. She got 0 tip and I’ve never tipped less than 20 percent before in my whole life. Absolute worst service I’ve ever received anywhere.

I ordered a Tour of Italy and this looks more like a Tour of Spaghetti sauce. I ordered online and when food got here it was extremely cold and my drinks weren’t with my order either. SERIOUSLY, look at the picture. The bread? Are you kidding? TV Commercial states “When you’re here, you’re family” I guess if you order take out it doesn’t count. Yes, I received a refund from Abraham (Service Manager) but I want higher management to see this. How can you serve this??? I get it, it’s the weekend and it’s busy but this definitely is NOT freshness guaranteed as promised. Extremely disappointed….

First of all the hostess got us our table right away, the MG was also there, and made small talk with me, he was very friendly and pleasant. Our waiter Diego was great and had a fantastic attitude, we got our drinks and food fast. Diego came back and asked if everything came out to our liking. He refilled our drinks and got us more soup. Overall our experience at the Olive Garden in northeast El Paso was great. Thanks to all the staff including the chefs for making our dinner very enjoyable.

Here’s a great place to eat if you want some Italian food, not gonna be perfect authentic but it’ll be something to get that craving. The service is wonderful as well, my server Angel was amazing and patient with us throughout our entire meal. Many thanks to her for a good time here.

The food is always great here. One thing to know before you go is that the servers are obligated to check in with diners at certain time intervals. So if you’re eating, laughing, crying… They’re definitely going to interrupt to ask you something. They’re really nice and you can’t be upset, because they have to do it. That said, the service is great and it’s always clean.

Today I had the pleasure of attending a retirement party at Olive Garden on Woodrow Bean in El Paso, TX. We had an enormous group, and despite how busy and overwhelming it could have been, one our waiter DJ did an excellent job.
I could tell he had a lot going on, but he remained polite, attentive, and professional while taking my order and making sure I was taken care of. That kind of dedication does not go unnoticed, especially during such a large event.
Thank you, DJ, for your hard work and for providing great service under pressure. I truly appreciate it and hope to visit again soon and be served by you again!
