Chipotle advertises closing at 11:00 PM, but on August 23rd the staff had the chairs up and the kitchen shut down by 10:00 PM. Almost no seating was available. The serving line was a mess with sour cream smeared into the salsa, food cross contaminated, and no attention to cleanliness. Customers should not walk into a shut down kitchen and a filthy line an hour before closing.

Very good experience overall. The food feels fresh and well prepared, more like real food than typical fast food, while still being quick and efficient. Prices are fair for the quality and portions offered. A great option for anyone who wants a better-quality meal than burgers and still doesn’t have much time.

Great food! The selection is huge! You can never go wrong with chipotle. Staff are warm and inviting. This will always be a staple for our family when dining out! I’ve even created my own dinners at home based off of dishes from this restaurant. The prices are very reasonable also. Great environment for the entire family.

This Chipotle is hit or miss. Today it was a hit and a miss; batting.500 today.
No line so that was nice. All 3 of us ordered bowls. My wife and daughter got chicken and the server put plenty of chicken in their bowl. I ordered steak and barely got a full serving spoon full. All I got was “that’s what they allow”. Why the portions are different due to the meat ordered is ridiculous. I can visit another day and it will be completely different, so “strike one”.
Prices keep rising here but that’s normal nowadays, foul ball. The rest of the bowl ingredients were fine.
We ordered “chips” as well but they seemed a little stale or maybe being a bit chewy is now normal. Strike two.
The seating area was very clean which is usually a mess so “nice hit”.

I love the food here, but the last two times I’ve been here, they’ve had very little protein and very small portions. In fact, in the attached photo, you can see that they only gave me 4 pieces of lettuce. I think they should be more careful with that because they’re not cheap. The truth is, I don’t plan on coming back here again.

The sign out front says “now open late” and says they close at 11pm. We arrived at 9:30 to them being “out” of multiple items including chicken and guacamole. They had half of the dining area closed and were cleaning the grill when we left. Several people came in and left after being told they were no longer serving chicken and the other items. I feel like it’s because the staff simply didn’t want to keep cooking. Won’t be back.

Came in today during a very busy time. The team was efficient, friendly, and overall provided great service. However, when I got to the register, my experience with Amelia was disappointing. Her attitude was unfriendly and came off as rude, as if she didn’t even want to handle the order. I believe some additional customer service training would be beneficial, as it would help ensure the experience is consistent with the rest of the staff.

I am not a fan of restaurant chains, but this place is my only weakness. Freshly cooked ingredients. I usually get the steak because my preferred barbacoa is usually tired looking. I had some this time because I really wanted it, though it was tired.

Went to this Chipotle around 9:15pm the other night and the dining room was blocked off and chairs already up on tables, even though they are open until 11pm. The worst part is that they had all of the food containers out of the main service line when they didn’t close for another 2 hours!!!! Complete food safety hazard!!! If they ever had a food safety inspection they’d be screwed. I get as a worker you want to leave as soon as possible once you close but to say you’re “out” of certain things when you’re actually just lazy or to not have food kept at their proper temperatures just because you guys don’t want to work is messed up and dangerous to customers. Hopefully this place hires new management because they clearly suck.
