If I could give zero stars I would, I found a hair in my brownie blast . There’s a bunch of kids that run that place that thinks it’s funny laughing and mocking me in the back . First time I called a male answers the phone told me sense I have an attitude he won’t be helping me well no one’s going to be happy finding a hair in their food!!!!! It’s a a health hazard. Disgusting. Second Lady that answered the phone started mocking me as well. Hung up the phone on me and every time I call they answer and hang up. I want to document this and I will be back in the morning to talk to a manger hopefully a gm . I will get this resolved and I will take this up with corporate as well. Disappointed with the behavior from staff can’t handle an upset customer should’ve be a manger or an employee. Yeah I’m gonna be mad. It’s definitely not my hair considering I’m bald and it’s a long peace of hair !!!

Never write reviews about a restaurant because I don’t want to possibly influence another customers opinion. But this right here is just unacceptable. Got a late snack last night around 11:30 and while I was eating, I had to pull out two strands of hair from my burger. So purpose for this review is – just do better so this doesn’t happen again to anyone else.

The staff was very friendly and professional! There was a minor mistake with my order (I wasn’t speaking clearly at the drive through). They corrected it with out any hesitation. The tots were fresh too! Which is always a plus.

So ordered smashburger, med fries, peppermint chocolate shake. Got home smashburger had so many onions had to scrape off half, got small fries that I couldn’t eat after one bite because they tasted like cooked in old grease. I ate half of burger and a couple fries and was sick for 2 days. Sad when your only meal out for the month cause I’m a senior and can’t afford to eat out makes you sick!

This location needs to fix or replace the speaker in the drive through. It is always too crackling and buzzy. In turn the employee usually states they can’t hear me. Last time all of this was magnified because there was major noise inside the restaurant like someone was crushing boxes or tearing paper. That I heard loud and clear but the employees voice was overpowered by that. Took far too long to order because we couldn’t understand each other. Fix it!

My onion rings were ALL burnt. The drinks that were recommended were nasty, but she was absolutely pleasant. It was a Tajin and a rainbow drink. Both horrible. I’ll stick with strawberry lemonade frozen or not.

Big mistake stopping by this location. The food i was given was disgusting, over cooked and way too salty. on top of that I asked for 5 FREE sauces and received 1. Employees act like every FREE sauce they hand out is directly deducted from their paycheck. Stay away from this location!
