Pretty neat little donut shop. I found it from watching instagram videos. So, we decided to try it out for our first time today. We purchased some chocolate iced creme filled, vanilla iced creme filled, chocolate iced cake, chocolate cake glazed and chocolate iced peanut butter creme filled. My overall opinion is that I thought the creme in the donuts was very sweet and not your typical vanilla donut creme. The chocolate frosting on top was pretty good. The cake donuts were much better than the creme filled ones. However, I will not be going again. But, hey give them a try. My taste and your taste are completely different…

The donuts were extremely fresh and delicious. Best donut shop I have found in this area. My favorite was the cream filled with chocolate frosting but they offer weekly flavors I am excited to try! The filled donuts had a generous amount of filling, no dry donuts here. The inside of the shop is small but they get people through the line quickly. Very reasonable prices! There is no seating inside.

I was a bit disappointed in this donut shop. So many people recommend Oram’s, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, either it was an off day for them, or we just don’t share the same taste as everyone else. The donuts were extremely sweet but somehow still lacking flavor depth.
My husband picked them up and mentioned that the ordering experience felt rushed — like you’re expected to know what you want immediately when you walk in. I wasn’t there personally, but no one loves feeling pressured to make such an important breakfast decision on the spot.

The best donut in the Pittsburgh area!! I’ve not been to the shop, but have tried: cinnamon roll, maple icing donut with apple filling, chocolate icing donut with vanilla cream filling, and chocolate cake donut with chocolate icing and sprinkles. Each were fantastic!! So moist, huge, sweet, and delicious. I have yet to try one better.

Wow. It’s hard to give such a legendary establishment a 4-star review and I certainly hope the owners are’t operating on this new anything-less-than-5-stars-is-failure world order. Because this really WAS a great experience and it really WAS a great donut. It just wasn’t the best in Pittsburgh and that’s what this review is about.
My daughters and I have been on a mission to find the best donut in town. We go out of our way to research, travel to, and indulge in all the contenders, and our travels have taken us to some great bakeries. We read on Reddit that this is the best donut in Pittsburgh and knew we had to try it.
So on a Saturday morning, we set out. We were surprised by the early close time and definitely commend anyone following in our footsteps to note the hours.
It was longer drive from our house than we expected. Who knew Beaver Falls was a whole different town than Beaver? But the spring buds were on the trees lining 7th Avenue and we were treated to a nice little show as we drove into town.
Unfortunately, the charm thinned out as we entered the shop. It’s not that it’s dumpy … it’s just that it’s not as cute as some of the other bakeries we have visited on this tour.
Everybody was very nice. We got a dozen donuts.
Doeblini said she thought the selection was a little thin. She said they all looked like variations on the same thing.
When we got the goods home and bit into them, the overwhelming consensus was that there was too MUCH filling. Hard to believe that’s possible, but it seemed overdone.
Personally, I thought the cake part of the donut tasted stale. Minidoebs says I’m just imagining that, but I ate a couple and they all tasted just a bit old.
It’s not that the donuts are BAD. It’s just that they’re not as good as some of the other donuts we’ve had on this tour.
If this were a stand-alone review, I suspect we would give this place 5-stars. But relative to other options, it is not first place in our book, which means something less than 5-stars.

The best donut shop on the planet!! Always freshly made and the best quality around. Once you go there you won’t want any other donuts, because they can’t come even close to matching there. My favorites are the Oram’s original and their cinnamon rolls.

Great donuts — they are actually huge. It’s best to order in advance if you want specific donuts, or get there early as by mid day options are limited. Usually good parking right in front.

Best donuts I have EVER had. So fresh every time and the dough is soft as a pillow. Flavors are excellent and the cinnamon roll is a must try! Hands down worth the drive and bit of extra cash.

Their donuts used to be a lot better, but for some reason, it seems that the recipe has changed since new ownership. They are still a great donut, but they are a little bit overrated in my opinion. However, probably the best donut and Beaver County.

Good sized donuts with nice amount of filling, not the ones by me that barely have a dolup in them. Cinnamon rolls are huge and yummy! Prices were reasonable even a bit low for the great quality they were. We definitely enjoyed all the ones we got.
